I really cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had staying at Bon Bini for our family spring break vacation, 2012, from March 10-17. The house was exceptionally furnished for families who love to spend time together, with a large living area and expansive porches. The bunk room was great for the kids - well equipped with TV and internet service to support their gaming habit! My brother-in-law loves to cook, and he felt right at home in the kitchen, which accomodated all of his needs, and as a result we ate like kings all week. I was able to 'break in' the new Weber gas grill, and it was nice to have this on the porch right outside the kitchen area. All four bedrooms were furnished with king size beds, private bathrooms and large wall mount HD TVs! The elevator was handy for bringing up luggage to upper floors. And there was lots of beach supplies available in the garage so I didn't have to haul all that along for the trip! The home was clean and ready to go for us when we arrived. The Destiny by the Sea gated community is a fine property, and everything was as expected and as outlined in the listing materials from VRBO. I really appreciated being able to contact the owner directly. He was very accomodating of my many questions via phone and e-mail, and went above and beyond expectations to meet our needs and to insure our family vacation was a positively memorable experience. The hardest part of our vacation was....leaving. As I was locking up the house, I reflected on the fact that I never before felt so much 'at home' in vacation lodging as I did while at Bon Bini, and to a person we all really hated to leave. Everyone talked about how great a house this was, how great our stay was, and that we all looked forward to coming back someday. And we will! I recommend this property without reservation!

This is a tremendous property that is understated relative to the amenities. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in Destin. Attention to detail is outstanding. The kitchen is amply stocked for gourmet cooking. I love to cook so this was a perfect match for me. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

We recently stayed at Bon Bini to celebrate my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. The home was perfect for our large family. It slept 15 of us quite comfortably and we could have added a few more people on the sofas! My parents, while in relatively good physical shape, were able to use the elevator rather than conquering the stairs several times a day. There was even a shower with a built-in seat, which was great for my parents. We cooked most of our meals and, to our delight, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed (including skewers for barbequing, which I had forgotten to pack). While not directly on the beach, the walk to the beach was very short, and there was a golf cart which we used to transport my parents and other beach items to and from the beach. Everything was in perfect working condition, and the house was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the large balconies and seating areas on every level of the home. There were even two large barbeque pits on the second level balcony! Beach chairs and other beach items were available, however, we used the beach service to rent chairs/umbrellas. I would definitely recommend staying at Bon Bini and will do so myself next summer. Well maintained, very clean, and the location was perfect (about five minutes to anything you could possibly want - Outlet shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc). I must also add that one of the best things this rental experience was the direct communication with the owner during every step of the rental process! Thanks Steve!

There were 14 of us which included 5 kids under 18 and it worked out very well.The golf cart was a plus as was the elevator. Everything well kept and location is perfect! The lighting of the Christmas tree at Baytown Wharf with fireworks was a highlight of the trip as was the Thanksgiving dinner that benefits Habitat for humanity

The house is stunning, spotless and plenty of room for the family. The location is wonderful. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Have stayed in the area many, many times but this home and the neighborhood had to be #1.

Dear Steve and Family, Thank you for allowing us to vacation at the lovely Bon Bini! The home was everything that was described on VRBO.com. The third floor "teen room" was a hit with the teens AND adults! It was wonderful to have the golf cart available when we wanted a quick lift to the beach. Your home is beautiful, and by far one of the nicest vacation homes we've rented. Bon Bini is truly a luxury home away from home!

My family and I (11 people) stayed at Bon Bini in July 2010 and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean, kept up very well and everything worked like it was suppose to. The owner always answered my telephone calls or called right back with all of my questions answered. Our previous years rental actually just next store in a row of beach condos was a complete distaster. Many things went wrong and the owner would not return calls, so I was particulary careful about renting again. The BonBini rental could not have gone any better so yes I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives without any problems. Ken Weller

My wife and I plus four other couples and four kids stayed at Bon Bini. Everyone including myself said it was a great place. The bedrooms were very nice and large. The kids had a great time in the kids room and I say that because they spent a lot of time there. The kitchen and livingroom gave gave us plenty of room for all of us to be together in. The weather did not cooperate with us to much the time we spent there, but the time it did the outdoor balcony on the second floor were great. The reason we got a large house like this one was for all of us to be in one place together and just hangout with friends. This was the certainly the house for that. We all plan to do it again.

We loved Bon Bini. Our children and grandchildren will remember their Easter 2008 with memories of the great beach and swimming pool and even the fun they had together cooking together in the well furnished kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone. I can't think of anything that could be improved. I hope we can return soon.

Bon Bini is absolutely gorgeous. It is very roomy too! I loved the balconies. It was so nice to sit out there and listen to the waves at night. The location coudln't be better. The home has everything you could need, an open floor plan, a beautiful kitchen, plenty of bed rroms and enough bathrooms so everyone can get ready for a day or a night out! Thanks to Bon Bini for a lifetime of fond memories

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at Bon Bini during our spring break. We had 3 families staying together with a total of 6 adults and 12 kids - ages 1 to 14. We all had a blast! The house had plenty of space, and gave us easy access to the beach and pool. No need to bring anything with you - they have it all. We had a great time swimming, surfing, watching dolphins, and fishing at the beach. We also enjoyed shopping at the huge mall and outlet stores nearby. Their are great restaurants nearby and lots of seafood stores for cooking at home. Everything was so convenient. The house was well equiped to handle our big group. The young boys loved having a playstation and the teenage girls loved riding in the golf cart. Thanks for a memorable time......we hope to be back again soon!

Bon Bini was a wonderful Spring Break trip this past April! We had sixteen people staying. Three families and extra teenage boys who enjoyed the trip! The house was wonderful. The boys loved the upstairs bedrooms..which was like their own little apartment. We all had enough space. Everything was perfect! Not one complaint from our group. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beach and loved having all the beach chairs we need. Thanks again for helping us making a wonderful trip for our Senior High School boys. They loved it too.!

My wife and youngest son and I spent a wonderful month at Bob Bini the month of Novemember. Can't say enough about this home, It is lovely and well kept. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, family room/dining area. On Thanksgiving Day we had 34 attend dinner and we plenty of space and seating for all. The weather was great so about a 6-8 set on the wraparound balconey with wonderful views of the gulf and a cool breeze. Overall a wonderful experience and thank Steve Neese and his wife and son for having such a wonderful place at the beach to share. Good luck to you and your family Steve in the future!!

In the Fall of 2003, four couples spent a wonderful week at Bon Bini!! It has been everyone's favorite trip that we have talked about for a year and a half, so we're doing it again this fall. And, we're bringing along another couple! I've spent lots of time in Destin and this location is perfect for "getting away from it all". The house is gorgeous and it allowed everyone their own space, yet plenty of room for everyone to have a great seafood dinner with a game of late night dominoes! I highly recommend Bon Bini!

What can we say but "Paradise". The "Bon Bini" has it all. We have spent the past 8 years in Destin on our family vacation in October. We stayed Oct '03 at the "Bon Bini" for the 1st time and loved the home so much, we booked again for '04. This lovely home has everything you need. Our daughter loved the golf cart rides over to the facilities at Destiny East. The home is in a great location in Destiny by the Sea, and is convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Steve and Michele Neese have opened their wonderful home, the "Bon Bini" to all to enjoy and have taken all the vacation "Stress" away. If you stay once, you will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Destin. Bon Bini is so beautiful and spacious. The beach is gorgeous, the water is so warm. My children enjoyed playing and swimming with the fishes. The weather was perfect. We loved every minutes of it. Thanks Steve and Michele for let us stayed at Bon Bini.

We had the greatest vacation in summer 2003 and the Bon Bini house was the main reason. The house was just the perfect size for 2 families and had everything we could possibly want. The beach stuff was great! We also loved the golf cart, huge grill, elevator, and views from the balconies. The kids really loved their 3rd floor room too! We tried to get the house again this summer (2004) but unfortunately it was already booked!

We bring our two sons and their families(2 kids each)to Destin each year for a week at the beach. Bob-Bini proved to be perfect as each of the three families had a floor that was just right for them. Destiny by the Sea is a wonderful spot for a vacation, an dthe use of a golf cart was a very nice added benefit to help tow the paraphenalia the 4 grandkids took to the beach everyday. The house was lovely and we had a great week.

This was my first trip to Destin and it was wonderful. The house easily accomodated my family and was well equipped with the necessary items. It was very clean and had some nice amenities for the kids. The beach is gorgeous and access is easy, especially with the wagon for all the kids toys. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bon Bini and would recommend it to anyone who wants a totally relaxing vacation in a beautiful home. Thanks for everything, Steve.

First of all, even though the pictures of Bon Bini are very nice, the pictures don’t come close to doing the house justice related to its beauty and size. When you arrive on the first day you’ll realize the house is much lovelier in person. It was a very short walk from the house to the beach and the community pool. Although Bon Bini is not located directly on the beach the golf cart and wagon made it extremely easy to get everybody (including grandmas) and everything (all the kids’ beach toys) to the beach. At times we had up to 13 people staying at the house and the house was plenty big enough for everybody to sleep, cook, eat, and bath comfortably. The location of the Destiny by the Sea is convenient (walking distance) to one of our favorite restaurants (Pompano Joes) and other Oceanside restaurants. The beach and subdivision were very quite, clean and beautiful. All the guests and homeowners were very courteous and well behaved. There were no unsupervised spring breakers hanging out by the pool, beach, or in the street.

My family and I have been visiting Destin several times a year for about the last decade. We stayed at Bon Bini during our last visit and it’s the best place we have ever stayed. A house usually beats a condo or high-rise anytime, but this place is more than just a house – it’s a true home away from home. It is super clean, very nicely furnished and decorated, and extremely comfortable. The Neeses are a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The location is quiet and the beach is only a literal minute’s walk away.

My wife and I have stayed in Destin ten or twelve times over the past five years, and this house was by far the most beautiful we have rented. "Destiny by the Sea" stands out, by far, as the most beautiful development in Destin, and I can't imagine a cleaner, more tastefully decorated house in that development. If you are considering this property, I can tell you that it will NOT disappoint you.

For 7 years our group has rented vacation homes in the Destin area, including 3 houses in Destiny-by-the-Sea. It is not an overstatement that the ladies in this group are extremely particular about vacation accommodations. In 2003 we stayed at Bon Bini. This house was declared the all-time winner by everyone. The home is elegant yet confortable and extremely well equipped for every activity. It is not located directly beachfront on Ocean Avenue. This is a BIG PLUS because of the current construction taking place. It is out of the way of traffic, yet beach access takes about a minute. (30 seconds if you use Steve's golf cart) I know Destin well. This place is superior in every way. The Neeses are lovely to deal with and truly accommodating. Five Stars *****

Bon Bini is the ultimate! That's how my family and I feel after our weeks visit in May of 2003. It is a gorgeous home that is comfortable and open with lots of space inside and out on the patios. The bedrooms are all arranged for privacy and quiet too if you want to get away from the gang (we had friends and alot of family with little grandkids too!). It is not far from the beach and the pool was very nice also. We got alot of use out of the "Bon Bini" wagon. Everything was clean and it has all the amenities of home! I just can't say enough and wish I was there right now!

Thanks for such a beautiful place to stay. Your home was enjoyed by all, as it is so spacious and has everything one could possibly need for a great vacation. We gave two teenagers and two small children. The floorplan for our family was definitely a plus. We will certainly return. The Bon Bini is a very beautiful and well furnished home. The elevator is a great touch and the neighborhood is wonderful. The home is large enough to house multiple families, yet set up to allow for private time as well. I highly recomment this home for your next vacation.

Excellently appointed executive home located only half a block from the beach. Great wrap around decks...perfect for enjoying the great weather. Located in a beautiful gated community close to lots of golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful location...perfect for that relaxed getaway.

We rented the Bon Bini from 12/20 until mid January for our annual Christmas family outing. This was a welcome home away from home and accommodated everyone comfortably and peacefully. We enjoyed a blessed Christmas together and a Happy New Year too! The welcome gift was a nice touch and the location was super!!! We will be back if the good Lord wills and thank you for your hospitality and for the upscale comforts
