- Oceanfront: The Studio is practically in the cove, it faces south with a view of the entire cove and Dogfish Island. The cottage is set back with a western facing view of the cove and the land on the other side of the cove, including Tip Toe Mountain, a town park.

- This cottage was an old schoolhouse which was converted many years ago. It is the first house off a dirt road and is very private. It is a cedar shingled building with flower boxes set above a field with replanted heirloom apples. The interior is very sunny, recently completely repainted (white with painted grey wood floors, antique furniture and charming watercolors by the owners and local artists.
