Vacation in one our spacious green Valley homes. To save money, we list these two properties on the same listing. If both are available, you can choose either. Rental rates are the same for either units. Both units have been remodeled and have new tile throughout.
Country Club Estates , 1350 sq. ft. end unit townhome on Country Club of Green Valley's 11th tee box. This private end unit is a good distance from tee box so you won't be bothered by golfers, yet you can watch them golf or just enjoy the tranquility of the fairway or views of the mountains. This unit is equipped with HD TV, DVD player, and VCR. We live next door to this property and really enjoy the setting.
Desert Hills 2, 1200 sq. ft. end unit townhome with panoramic views. This private end unit is larger than most homes in the area. Home has 10' ceiling throughout. Separate dining area offers views of mountains to the east. Living room is very spacious with wooden shutters and equipped with HD TV, DVD player, and VCR. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet. The shaded back patio is a pleasant place to relax with mountain and valley views. The patio provides good relief from afternoon sun and offers expansive views in every direction. You are high above the rest of the homes in the neighborhood and adjoin a large beautifully landscaped common area.
Both properties are deeded with membership to Green Valley Recreation. For a nominal additional fee, renters can enjoy full membership privileges to 12 recreation centers around Green Valley including swimming pools, billiards, shuffleboard, etc. There are 9 golf courses in this small community.
Telephone, High speed internet connection and Wi-Fi are all included. We disconnect these services at the Desert Hills property during the slow season (May through October) each year.
