Banner Elk area mountain home located high in the Appalachian Mountains at 3,800 foot elevation with beautiful long-range mountain view. Cool summer temperatures, gorgeous fall colors and winter sports including 4 ski areas within easy distance. Watauga Lake, a clean, 30-mile-long TVA lake, is a 20 minute drive.
Three bedroom, two bath home is located on a private drive in a quiet rural area. Home is completely furnished, sleeping six comfortably on 2 queen size beds and 2 bunk beds. Wi-fi internet access, Satellite TV, DVDs and games and puzzles are available to entertain adults and children.
Hot tub and campfire pit add to the fun. Deck with barbecue grill looks out on an ever-changing view of the valley below and the mountains in the distance.
Other Items: Pet Friendly! Pets (up to 2) allowed. Pet fees are $10 per night, or $50 per week. Please be aware this is a 'dog friendly' neighborhood and there are several friendly dogs which may visit.
1/2 of rent due at least 60 days prior to arrival. Balance of rent and fees due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks accepted for deposit and rental if received at least two weeks before arrival. Within two weeks of arrival, please pay by postal money order, local bank cashier's check or credit card via PayPal.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Early departures will not be refunded.
