A quick drive of 10+ miles will take you to the best Fly Fishing in Colorado! Within minutes of the South Rim of the Royal Gorge, mountain biking and ATV trails are nearby, 10 miles makes a Whitewater River Rafters dream come true! Local festivals and events happening on a weekly basis most within 25 miles.
This beautiful country home features 2 wood burning fireplaces/wood stoves. 2 large bedrooms feature new queen size beds, 3rd bedroom features 2 twins in a daybed. Additional sleeping areas are provided with 2 queen size sofa sleepers and one full size sofa sleeper, all 3 are new and very comfortable. All bedding and linens are included.
2 full baths, both with bathtubs and showers. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Laundry facilities and supplies provided for your convenience.

  • This is a great property year round, it is almost 2000 sq feet of relaxing beautiful rooms. The locations is great during hunting season, rafting and fishing seasons. There are hundreds of miles of trails in Colorado some for off road vehicles some for hiking they are all beautiful. There are many rafting companies within miles of the house.
