4 bedroom sunny contemporary on a quiet street in East Hampton. The grounds include a large heated pool (with childsafe fence), and is surrounded by lovely oaks and evergreens. The large wood deck is appointed with a Weber gas grill and teak furniture. Enjoy the outdoor shower. Treehouse for kids, and those who feel like kids.
The house has an open kitchen, and the upstairs loft overlooks the vaulted living room. It's on a private acre on cul-de-sac, with wireless wifi internet. This is a great house for for 1 or 2 families. Toddler bed and childproofing makes this good for families with young children. The ground floor bedrooms are good for people who don't like stairs.

We love East Hampton for the quality of the light and air. Maybe it's the ocean, maybe it's the farm fields, but there's something different and special out there.
East Hampton has has beaches ranked top in the world. The bay beaches are a well known secret.
We love to grill on the deck, and shop at great local fish markets.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house has a very comfortable feeling, it puts you at ease. When we don't go to the beach, we love splashing and relaxing in the pool.

This is a great, family friendly property. It is clean, well maintained and feels just like home. The location is perfect, close to the ocean, town, restaurants and all activities. The home is situated towards the end of a dead end street that provides privacy and a tranquil setting. The owners provide a warm environment and are attentive to the needs of the renter. I would recommend this property.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Had a special occasion coming up for my wife and wanted to treat her to something nice. A week away would be the perfect idea. Decided to look for a rental in east Hampton and came upon this gem. From start to finish the trip / house was amazing. The home is very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful / accommodating and answered questions promptly. The pool was a dream, heated, clean and refreshing :-). There is a great town around 15 minutes from the home and lots of beach options. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. We will look to book again next summer
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
