We hope you will love the peaceful tranquility of our 7 year old lake home on Tellico Lake in Tellico Village which is located in Loudon, Tennessee, 35 minutes south of Knoxville. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is furnished with nice antiques and super comfortable, high quality mattresses.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lake and mountains. Watch the sunrise directly in front of you. Stroll down a gently sloping backyard full of grass to your private, boat dock and lake frontage for swimming in the warm lake water or boating (water and jet skiing right off your dock). Please note you can bring your boat but it will need to be tied to side of dock as there is a family boat in the slip.
We are in a quiet cove just 3 minutes boat ride of the main channel. Take walks, play golf, swim, fish or workout in the amenities in Tellico Village...or visit the Smoky Mountains and other tourist sights in East Tennessee. Visit Sweetwater, TN a quaint town filled with lots of antique shops. Home has all the latest amenities including central air conditioning, wireless internet, automatic ice maker, built in stereo system and cable TV. All we ask is that you treat the home with care.
Since it is in excellent condition, please no pets or smoking...and don't wear your shoes on the living room or bedroom carpets. If you do accidentally spill something, there is spot remover under the sink. The grills on the outside porch are yours to use, but please clean them before you go. The cleaning service does not take care of those. Finally, we planted a few tomato plants in the front. If there are any tomatoes on them during your visit, feel free to help yourself.

My sister and I met friends here for a three-day weekend in February and enjoyed it very much. The house is convenient and comfortable; the kitchen is well equiped and the TV/DVD/VHS and Internet connection were all in excellent working order. The view over the cove is charming, and both the owner and the rental agency were prompt, polite and helpful. Even though we did not use the porch, deck or dock (it was February!), we took notice of those amenities, and we are keeping the house on our list as a possible location for a summer family reunion. The owners do post a request that renters observe the fact that it is a quiet residential neighborhood and this house the only rental in the area. Ours was not a boisterous group, so this was no problem for us; in fact, we appreciated knowing that, come summer, we would not be putting up with an overcrowded, rowdy group of next-door rental neighbors if we vacation here again, as has happened to us a few times when vacationing on coastal islands.
Owner response:Thank you for the the feedback and glad you had a good time. We hope that you will get a chance to return in the summer when the weather will allow you to enjoy the porch, dock, warm lake water and outside grill.

It does not get any better than this. The website does not do justice to this home and area. We spent a wonderful week here, the home is beautiful and on a quiet cove off of the main lake. Restaurants in the area were excellent. This is a rare find to be pleasantly surprised with a great home , area and rental management. Thanks from Steve and Debbie

We love this house. The location on the cove is perfect. We brought our boat from Florida and the kids are having a blast wakeboarding and skiing. Many of our lakes in Florida are low due to drought, so it is great to have such clean deep water here. The house furnishings and being able to use the washer/dryer makes the perfect set up. We plan to return yearly as long as the house is available.

Every year, we visit Tellico Lake and spend up to two weeks on the lake. It is a perfect vacation for us as the home is so comfortable and the views are beautiful. It is a totally relaxing experience, while being able to enjoy the warm lake, dinner on the porch, walks and adventures. Our favorite adventure is tubing down the hiawassi (spelled wrong) river. Talk about going back in time. Would probably recommend for children over 9 years old as there are a few fast spots but most is a lazy ride down the river with mountains surrounding you. Most of my extended family live in Sweetwater, TN which we visit often. There are some great antique shops and a sock shop where you can buy cheap socks for the whole family. We also love Sweetwater Valley Farm where you can pet the cows and buy fantastic cheese. It is on Hwy 11 as you go toward Sweetwater from Loudon. We haven't tried golfing yet but hear it is great and very affordable. Boating on the lake is also a blast. We don't have our own boat though so use friends or rent one. Hope you enjoy the stay as much as we do.PS in May we planted some tomato plants in the back. If there are red tomatoes on the vines during your stay, please eat them.
