Stroll down a gently sloping backyard full of grass to your private, covered boat dock and lake frontage for swimming in the warm lake water or boating (water and jet skiing right off your dock).
We are in a quiet cove just within 3 minutes of the main channel. Take walks, play golf, swim, fish or workout in the amenities in Tellico Village...or visit the Smokies and other tourist sights in East Tennessee. Visit Sweetwater, TN a quaint town filled with lots of antique shops. Home has all the latest amenities including central air conditioning, wireless internet, automatic ice maker, built in stereo system and cable TV. All we ask is that you treat the home with care.
