The Island: Kauai, the lush "Garden Island," is composed of a diverse terrain that is home to rain forests, canyons, cliffs and beaches. On the island's east side, by Islander on the Beach, the Wailua River wends its way through dense forests and plunges over waterfalls before emptying into the Pacific.
