This very nice, one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condominium is located at Madeira Place Condo's!

This condo is Tastefully Decorated. The Living Room has 4 Plate Glass Mirrors that go from the Floor to the Ceiling along one wall, Ceramic Tile Floors and a sliding Glass Door that leads to a Ceramic Tiled Balcony and a nice view of the Gulf. Also for your comfort, we have 2 couches; one opens to a Queen Size sleeper, a 36" Color Cable TV with a DVD\VCR Player.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The Master Bedroom has new wall-to-wall carpeting, with 2 Queen Size Beds in it along with Cable TV. The unit can accommodate up to 4 adults. Within the Bedroom are a Full Master Bath & a Walk In Closet. Also a 1/2 bath is located just off the hall by the back door, along with an apartment style Washer & Drier.

The Complex also offers a Central On-site Laundry Facility, an Elevator, & A Private Heated Swimming Pool. Sorry Pets are NOT allowed, & No Smoking.
Enjoy the White Sand Beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico only steps away from your Vacation Condo, or you can sit back, relax, unwind, and enjoy the Beach Views from your Balcony!
