Your elevator opens to a private foyer on the 20th floor. Inside the secured double doors awaits over 1,600 square feet of elegance, including 10 ft. ceilings unique to the 20th floor, giving you an exceptional feeling of spaciousness and luxury. A front and rear balcony give each bedroom spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Old River, and the Intercoastal Waterway.
Inside the condo you are surrounded by the finest furnishings. High Definition LCD TVs, Bose Surround Sound Audio System, Travertine floors and granite counter tops. A fully equipped luxury kitchen includes a breakfast bar pass-through with two bar stools. Appliances include dishwasher, separate smooth cook top, wall oven with built in microwave on top, and a double door refrigerator with exterior water and ice dispenser. An attractive baker’s rack provides a separate bar area, including wine and wine glass storage.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy media room with a wall mounted LCD TV and queen size sleeper sofa that can be separated by a privacy curtain for the perfect quiet room giving adults or children their own space. A wall to wall, sliding glass door leads to the north facing balcony with rattan table, comfortable love seat and chairs, and spectacular views.
A cheerful guest bedroom, with sliding doors also accessing the north balcony, has two extra long twin beds, a large chest of drawers and closet that connects to a full bathroom with tub/shower and granite counter tops.
The living room is especially comfortable with two soft recliners, and queen size sofa sleeper. Floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a large, private balcony with patio furniture to seat four, and a separate chaise lounge.
A separate dining area is adjacent to the living room. A striking glass top table seats eight people with very comfortable high back chairs, and a serving chest rounds out the dining area.
The master suite has an oversized travertine shower, dual sinks, beautiful granite counter tops, separate wash closet, and large walk-in closet. It features a king size bed, large chest of drawers and LCD TV & DVD player. An expansive window offers panoramic views, and sliding glass door leads to the large, beach front balcony. A small writing desk sits in front of the bedroom window, where you can plug into the internet or comfortably plan your week’s activities on the Key.
The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a 2nd full bath, TV and DVD.
Perdido Key was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by Conde Nast Travel. Indigo is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Key. An island paradise unspoiled by the over-development of other Panhandle destinations. From the moment we pulled into the front gate, we felt at home. The grounds are immaculate. Luggage carts are located in the basement for ease of taking your things up. They even have grocery carts available so that when you come back from the store, you don't have to hand tote everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful at the Indigo. The unit was even better than described. It was extremely clean, and very well decorated. The layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was spacious and lacked nothing in the way of utensils. We had 7 people staying there and up to 8 people at dinner, and we weren't crowded at all. The views were breathtaking from the front and back balcony. The pools were great, and one of the reasons why we chose this property. The two beach chairs and umbrella that come with the rental were excellent to sit on and just enjoy the sun and the ocean. As sometime who exercises consistently, I was impressed with the exercise room. There are several ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes for cardio. They have free weights and a large multi-exercise machine as well. There is a great bathroom/ shower right off the pool so you don't have to go up to the room. The owner's representative was available to address any issue and to meet our needs. I was thrilled with the quality of service she provided. Thanks Charlene! Keith

We love Perdido Key and we loved this condo! The view from the 20th floor is amazing. The condo is furnished well with plenty of places for everyone to relax. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your catch for lunch or dinner. We loved having the double chair and umbrella on the beach. This is our second trip to Indigo and we absolutely love the set up. You don't have people running up and down hallways because the elevator opens up to your private entry way to your condo. We had a fantastic week in Perdido and can't wait to stay here again!

Nicely laid out. Like the eating area in the great room. This is a much better place to eat. Owner has thought of everything one could want. Good lighting. Like the twin beds in the guest room rather than a Queen Bed. Charlene is a great person with which to work.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

Indigo is definitely a luxury resort. High end everything and what a view from this 20th floor beauty! The complex is family friendly and the beach service is a must. We are going back again for 2010 and bringing four more families with our group.
