STEP RIGHT OUT ONTO THE WHITE SANDS OF THE EMERALD COAST!! You do not have to cross streets with the Emerald Coast right outside your door. The second story consists of a Master bedroom with a deck right out the door to watch the beautiful sunsets. Master bedroom also has a king size bed, TV and DVD and a private bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and DVD and separate bathroom. The main living area has kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops and new floor tile. Dining Room/Living room has all new furniture, new floor tile, complete renovation - 42 inch LCD/HDTV, free internet access and a queen sleeper. This level also has a deck to enjoy the gulf views and beautiful beaches. Access to the lower deck from the main level provides you with another area for relaxation and barbecue.
Parking available for two vehicles right at the door where you walk into the main living area. Property is located in the heart of Destin/ Miramara Beach/ Frangista Beach and all major attractions such as the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Baytowne Wharf, The Gulfarium, walking distance to the famous Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant and numerous area golf courses. GUEST SIGNING RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Why the Owner Chose Costa del Sol
We chose Costa Del Sol in Miramar Beach, Florida (Destin) as we fell in love with the area and the tranquility of the beach. We have never seen bluer water and cleaner beaches than thos of Miramar Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Costa Del Sol is located directly on the beach with three levels of decks. There are two parking spots directly in front of the unit and upon arriving you are able to walk right into the kitchen. You can sit on any of the decks and watch the sunset or at night take the children onto the beach to catch sand crabs. There is a barbecue on the bottom beach level deck which is very private and relaxing. You can sit and watch the dolphins play right in front of you.
Right down the beach within walking distance is Pompano Joe's Famous Fish Restaurant which is also on the beach. We are also located between the shopping district of the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the attractions of Destin.

Ron and I purchased our townhouse in the Costa Del Sol complex in 2005. Since then we have completed a total renovation and have been renting the property when we are unable to be there. We live in Arizona but had been looking for a vacation spot to spend some relaxation time close to the beach and also meet our family for vacations.

This is our second year to stay in this beautiful townhome and it surely won't be our last. We absolutely LOVE it and had the most wonderful vacation. My 3 1/2 year old grandson calls it "his beach house", and is ready to play on the beach again next year. Thanks for a second great beach vacation!

I just got home from staying in your townhome for the last 7 days and I felt compelled to write to you to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed ourselves. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed your newly renovated rental property. My husband particularly enjoyed the large flat screen LCD HDTV. We both plus the children enjoyed the beautiful beach. I have stayed in this area before but not on the beach and we were very pleased to be able to sit right on our deck and watch the children playing in the sand without having to lug chairs to the beach. Thanks again and we will be back!!
