The Woods Resort and Spa at Killington is a luxury condo development on 100 acres. FREE PRIVATE SHUTTLE service during the ski season transports you to the slopes only 3 miles up the Killington Access Road. The Woods is the nicest resort at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows (weather permitting) as opposed to large condo buildings.
The full-service Spa has a fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts. Relax in the hot tubs, steam room & sauna or get a massage or spa treatment after a day on the slopes.
This roomy two-story corner condominium unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a loft. The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a whirlpool jacuzzi tub and private sauna in the master bedroom, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a full clothes washer/dryer, televisions, dishwasher, outdoor patio & grill, parking at your front door, and full use of the pool and Spa and facilities at no charge.
Upgrades: 2 new living room couches; two new double Aero beds; new twin mattresses in the second bedroom.

The condo is cleaned and the beds made for your arrival. Linens, soap, and towels are supplied. Prices do not include 10% VT TAX and a one-time exit cleaning fee of $145 per stay.
Payment is accepted in US currency only, unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner.
A 50% payment of the base rental is due upon booking to reserve the property. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival, or your reservation is subject to cancellation. Credit cards are accepted to pay for your reservation (Visa, MC and Amex) – please note that a 4% service charge will apply for use of a credit card to pay for your reservation.
A security deposit in the amount of $350 per stay is also required upon booking and will be returned 5 days after departure. A credit card must be used to serve as a damage/theft security.
There are no Saturday arrivals or departures.
Pet friendly. One dog up to 15 pounds permitted for an additional charge.

We just arrived back home after an amazing three nights at this lovely property. It was very hard to leave! Got snow all day on Wednesday.....skiing was great on Thursday. Due to an injury I could not ski but took full advantage of the Spa. The best Swedish massage, pedicure, facial and citrus body scrub ever! The condo is convenient with Grampa's shuttle to the mountain. What a comfortable and cozy retreat - the kids had a ball and hubby and zI loved the jacuzzi tub and sauna in the master bath! Highly recommend this property.
