Crystal Shores West is a premier new building that has many amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, billiards table, BBQ grills, covered parking, and staffed lobby. All this and a convenience store right across the street.
And it is perfectly located only 1 mile from Hwy. 59. I can provide additional pictures of the building and its amenities, if you would like.
Do not confuse "Crystal Shores West" with the older building called "Crystal Shores".... or with the Crystal Tower (which is located accross the street from the beach).
When you compare other units in Crystal Shores West please note that mine has custom drapes, upgraded stainless steel appliances and flooring, decorator 3 tone painted walls, tray ceildings in the kitchen and bathroom, crown molding, new neutral area rug, and stunning artwork. There is 1,100 square feet of luxury! And best of all located on the 4th floor giving quick access to put you right onto the beach, yet high enough for stunning views.
You will be so pleased with the homey atmosphere that greets you in this beautifully decorated condo. The ONE new thing different in the pictures is a new neutral area rug in the living area has replaced the blue oriental rug pictured. Same size!
The view is breathtaking, and is visable from the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom!! Just step onto the balcony and look for miles up and down the snow white beach. The guest bedroom has a view of the beautiful lagoon on the north side of the building.
The condo was newly decorated in 2011. The furnishings include a cozy red couch, beautiful new area rug, wonderful art work, sleek new dining room table and chairs, plasma TV in the master AND guest bedroom, and custom draperies. Both bedrooms have king beds, each with upgraded bedding that not only looks great but also feels great too. For they both have high quality matresses. Both the master and guest bedrooms have king sized beds, and there is a day bed in the living room which provides sleeping for a small child.
It is one of the few units with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator has in the door ice/water), and upgraded flooring and window darkening curtains.
It is a great location on the 4th floor, so there is quick and easy access to the beach, pools, and game room.
This complex has a full time management company and security, located on the premises. They are friendly and helpful. And the presence of the security guards is very reassuring.

I enjoyed helping people during my 27 years as a certified financial planner. After retiring 2 years ago, I found myself missing my relationships with my clients. I decided I wanted to fulfill a lifelong dream of buying a condo on the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and go back to work. I've been regularly coming to Gulf Shores over the past 20 years, as my sister lives in Mobile. I purchased my beautiful 'Home Away from Home' and started my business of condo rentals. I've been able to put my years of serving the public to good use in yet a different way. My guests have been wonderful, and I strive to help them by providing a very cost efficient way to stay in luxury accommodations. Since I've spent so much time in the area, I am able to provide many tips that only the locals know about. Why the Owner Chose Crystal Shores West
I looked diligently for over a year, spending hours and hours with my realtor, until he finally found exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect, the beaches are gorgeous, I needed to be able to see the Gulf from the kitchen sink, large spacious rooms, crown mouldings with no popcorn ceilings, a knock out view from the huge balcony and top notch ammenities. I drove him crazy, but in the end, it's perfection!!! I LOVE my condo and know you will too!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is perfectly located just one mile from the fun activities of the intersection at Highway 59. But if you want to bypass this area you can take the shortcut directly to further north on Hwy. 59. I particularly love that this is one of the newest and nicest buildings on the Alabama coast. It has wonderful amenities, not the least of which is the fabulous staff that is present all day to assist you with any needs. I also like how quickly I can be on the beach with my lower level unit. It is a wonderful, plush “home away from home” that is available at very competitive prices.

My family and I could not believe how beautiful and clean the condo was. The condo looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully furnished, and everything you need for your stay was included. We have gone to the beach for years and always stayed on the beach, but have never been that close to the water as we were here. The owner was very easy to work with and you could tell she wanted us to have a nice experience while we stayed in her unit. She even provided a list of restaurants to try and activities in the area. The view from the balcony was amazing. I especially loved that you had a full east and west view from the balcony. Rented once before from another owner and had a bad experience when the pictures of the unit didn't match the actual unit we stayed in, and the unit was not clean. So glad we tried again because this unit was better than we could have imagined, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Loved that we didn't have to go somewhere and pick up the keys, or have to take them somewhere when we left. Look forward to staying here again.

We were very reluctant to rent directly from an owner being as we ususally rent from agencies and there are so many scam artist out there waiting to rip you off, but after our experience renting from Rozlynne we will definetly be renting from her again-the unit was exactly as described (definetly a home away from home) and any problem we experienced, she handled immediatley. The view is spectacular and we were able to watch the dolphins swim by every morning-thanks again Rozlynne!

This was the "Best" vacation. Everything was just like the picture's of the condo... Very pretty inside..very clean and plenty of room.. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony.. the beach was very nice, peaceful, relaxing and a family atmosphere .. The owner was very concerned that everything would be and was great.... "Thank You" for all you did to help make this a wonderful time for our family.... We did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back....Oh, the parasailing was a BLAST..

My husband and I stayed at this condo and found it to be just a wonderful vacation. The picture of this condo and descriptions were accurate. You could tell the owner took great pride in owning this property and took very good care of it. There is a swimming pool and also an exercise room to enjoy. The beach was just out of this world. I would recommend this condo to everyone, young, old and family's with children. We had a wonderful meal at Lulu's sitting outside next to the water. The Zoo at Gulf Shores is sure worth going to. We had never seen a zoo with so many different kinds of big cats. We left the area with memorys we will cherish for years.

We knew from the moment we opened the door we made the perfect choice. Christi was great to work with, and came by and checked on us when we first arrived. Talk about customer service - WOW! The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the balcony view is spectacular. The extra plus sectional couch is great, and the kitchen is so well stocked, you won't need anything except food. This was a last minute trip to the Gulf for us, and what a jewel we found in this condo. It will definitely stay on our list of VRBO rentals for future trips. The beach was perfect, too -- no oil, no tar balls, and the sand was like walking on baby powder. What fun it was to watch the Wind Surfers take advantage of the huge waves, too. The Dolphins are still swimming in the Gulf, and the Sea Gulls are ever present. If you're hesitating going to Gulf Shores, give it a try and stay at this Condo. You'll find it a Perfect Choice!

We stayed in Gulf Shores from June 5th to June 12th. We had a great time. This was the first time to visit the beach and it was wonderful. The condo is exactly as the pictures makes it out to be. It was very nice. We did see a few tarballs, but nothing to ruin our vacation. Roslyn was out of town when we were there, but she always available if we needed anything. We ate at the The Original Oyster House and Lambert's. These were great restaraunts. We did visit the Hangout a few times and the kids loved it and kept asking to go back. We will definitely be going back to Gulf Shores.

The condo was a great relaxing place & has everything you need. Its a very nice condo with all ameneties you need & more.The king beds are wonderful so you'll get a great nights sleep which is something thats hard to get in a hotel. Rozlynne is a great person to work with & the information on the area she provides is so helpful we would have no reservations about renting from her again. The place was great & made it a wonderful vacation for us!

My two sisters and I recently stayed in this condo and we can't say enough about it! Everything you see in the pictures is just the way it looks. It is clean, updated, comfortable and beautiful! I slept better in the bed there than I do at home. The view from the balcony is great. The condo is located just off the elevator so it is very convenient coming and going. Another plus is that the owner is close and is so helpful and nice. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.

This is a fabulous, wonderful, magnificent, beautiful, marvelous and GREAT condo!!! Should I say more..... It is everything you see in the pictures and then more. The condo is very spacious, clean and well maintaned, as well as beautifully decorated. We normally do not sleep well away from home, but the beds are so very comfortable, we all slept like babies!!! The bathrooms are big and roomy also. This condo is located on the fourth floor, however, you are really seven floors high because there are three levels of parking underneath. That makes the view of the ocean just perfect! We were in Gulf Shores to watch my niece play in a softball tournament and of course to enjoy the beach. Rozlynne made the rental process so easy. She is a very helpful and trustworthy person. She emailed me a couple days after our arrival to make sure everything was exceeding our expectations and to see if we needed anything. She took the extra time and effort to email me recommendations on places to eat, places to visit and shop, and other activities going on in the area. The same evening we arrived back at home, she emailed me to let me know that our refund check had been issued and we should be receiving it within 5 business days. We definately hope to get to rent from her again in the future!!!
