I just got back from 5 days at this fantastic unit on the Gulf. The condo was very well furnished, had comfortable beds, a great view, and was very convienient. The owner was very helpful, and great to work with. All in all, a great experience - highly recommend!

This condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was so relaxing that we actually ate dinner in more nights than usual on this trip. Great balcony, really nice kitchen area, and both bathrooms were larger than those of any condos we've stayed at in the past. Loved the keyless entry. Peg was very helpful and easy to work with, very interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful experience working with Peg. She made everything so easy for us! She was so helpful from the minute we booked the condo to when we departed. She called to make sure everything was fine for us when we got there, as well as when we left. For people leery of renting from an owner, rest assured you are in good hands with Peg! Our refund check arrived 3 days after we checked out. As far as the condo.......beautiful ocean front view with a balcony the length of the condo. Very clean! Pictures are exactly where you will be staying. Our family wants to return to Gulf Shores and definitely will be in contact with Peg to book this condo again! Two kid friendly places are Lulu's and The Hangout. We also enjoyed the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola which is only a minute drive from the condo.

We just returned from a stay at Crystal Shores West and had a great time. This unit offers all the luxury and comfort of home, a great location and an AMAZING view. The best feature is the extra large balcony that runs the full width of the unit... a great place to just watch your troubles roll out to sea! We would recommend this unit to anyone and would stay again without a doubt.

Our stay was delightful. All the amenities of home and very relaxing being 60 ft from the thrashing sounds of the gulf at our doorstep. The month long stay was just too short and hope to return next winter as well. Peg, the owner, was very helpful in getting us established to make our visit most comfortable. I was very delighted to see our security deposit returned very promptly. Our hats off to Peg in her condo ventures.

My family and I could not believe how beautiful and clean the condo was. The condo looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully furnished, and everything you need for your stay was included. We have gone to the beach for years and always stayed on the beach, but have never been that close to the water as we were here. The owner was very easy to work with and you could tell she wanted us to have a nice experience while we stayed in her unit. She even provided a list of restaurants to try and activities in the area. The view from the balcony was amazing. I especially loved that you had a full east and west view from the balcony. Rented once before from another owner and had a bad experience when the pictures of the unit didn't match the actual unit we stayed in, and the unit was not clean. So glad we tried again because this unit was better than we could have imagined, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Loved that we didn't have to go somewhere and pick up the keys, or have to take them somewhere when we left. Look forward to staying here again.

We were very reluctant to rent directly from an owner being as we ususally rent from agencies and there are so many scam artist out there waiting to rip you off, but after our experience renting from Rozlynne we will definetly be renting from her again-the unit was exactly as described (definetly a home away from home) and any problem we experienced, she handled immediatley. The view is spectacular and we were able to watch the dolphins swim by every morning-thanks again Rozlynne!

This was the "Best" vacation. Everything was just like the picture's of the condo... Very pretty inside..very clean and plenty of room.. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony.. the beach was very nice, peaceful, relaxing and a family atmosphere .. The owner was very concerned that everything would be and was great.... "Thank You" for all you did to help make this a wonderful time for our family.... We did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back....Oh, the parasailing was a BLAST..

Gulf Shores Condo at Crystal Shores West

My husband and I stayed at this condo and found it to be just a wonderful vacation. The picture of this condo and descriptions were accurate. You could tell the owner took great pride in owning this property and took very good care of it. There is a swimming pool and also an exercise room to enjoy. The beach was just out of this world. I would recommend this condo to everyone, young, old and family's with children. We had a wonderful meal at Lulu's sitting outside next to the water. The Zoo at Gulf Shores is sure worth going to. We had never seen a zoo with so many different kinds of big cats. We left the area with memorys we will cherish for years.

Perfect Choice

We knew from the moment we opened the door we made the perfect choice. Christi was great to work with, and came by and checked on us when we first arrived. Talk about customer service - WOW! The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the balcony view is spectacular. The extra plus sectional couch is great, and the kitchen is so well stocked, you won't need anything except food. This was a last minute trip to the Gulf for us, and what a jewel we found in this condo. It will definitely stay on our list of VRBO rentals for future trips. The beach was perfect, too -- no oil, no tar balls, and the sand was like walking on baby powder. What fun it was to watch the Wind Surfers take advantage of the huge waves, too. The Dolphins are still swimming in the Gulf, and the Sea Gulls are ever present. If you're hesitating going to Gulf Shores, give it a try and stay at this Condo. You'll find it a Perfect Choice!

Summer Vacation with some great friends!

We stayed in Gulf Shores from June 5th to June 12th. We had a great time. This was the first time to visit the beach and it was wonderful. The condo is exactly as the pictures makes it out to be. It was very nice. We did see a few tarballs, but nothing to ruin our vacation. Roslyn was out of town when we were there, but she always available if we needed anything. We ate at the The Original Oyster House and Lambert's. These were great restaraunts. We did visit the Hangout a few times and the kids loved it and kept asking to go back. We will definitely be going back to Gulf Shores.

The condo was a great relaxing place & has everything you need. Its a very nice condo with all ameneties you need & more.The king beds are wonderful so you'll get a great nights sleep which is something thats hard to get in a hotel. Rozlynne is a great person to work with & the information on the area she provides is so helpful we would have no reservations about renting from her again. The place was great & made it a wonderful vacation for us!

My two sisters and I recently stayed in this condo and we can't say enough about it! Everything you see in the pictures is just the way it looks. It is clean, updated, comfortable and beautiful! I slept better in the bed there than I do at home. The view from the balcony is great. The condo is located just off the elevator so it is very convenient coming and going. Another plus is that the owner is close and is so helpful and nice. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.

A perfect experience for our first beach vacation with our 2 and 4 year old boys! They ask to go back to the beach almost every single day!! This is a fabulous, wonderful, magnificent, beautiful, marvelous and GREAT condo!!! Should I say more..... It is everything you see in the pictures and then more. The condo is very spacious, clean and well maintaned, as well as beautifully decorated. We normally do not sleep well away from home, but the beds are so very comfortable, we all slept like babies!!! The bathrooms are big and roomy also. This condo is located on the fourth floor, however, you are really seven floors high because there are three levels of parking underneath. That makes the view of the ocean just perfect! We were in Gulf Shores to watch my niece play in a softball tournament and of course to enjoy the beach. Rozlynne made the rental process so easy. She is a very helpful and trustworthy person. She emailed me a couple days after our arrival to make sure everything was exceeding our expectations and to see if we needed anything. She took the extra time and effort to email me recommendations on places to eat, places to visit and shop, and other activities going on in the area. The same evening we arrived back at home, she emailed me to let me know that our refund check had been issued and we should be receiving it within 5 business days. We definately hope to get to rent from her again in the future!!!

After looking at well over 200 properties in the VRBO community, I selected this unit for a Christmas trip to the beach! It was situated in an extremely convenient & easily accessible area, beautifully decorated & came highly equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and beach "extras" you would desire. We wanted for nothing! We rented directly from Rozlynne & she was so easy to work with! The views were gorgeous & unobstructed, beach access was easy, the beds were comfy and we were spoiled with three t.v.'s in the unit! Rozlynne is a gracious host, was available to answer all our questions and offered great suggestions of things to do while in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our all-too-brief snowbird get away in this unit. If you are hesitant about renting VRBO, rest assured, Rozlynne makes it easy & there are no worries. She'll be in touch with you via phone or email & lets you know when your checks have arrived & when your deposit is coming back (timely, I might add!!!) Excellent condo + fabulous owner = top notch experience!

Rozlynne Condo was just wonderful. This was a Father and 14 year old Son trip. After a day of on the beach, playing golf and visiting family this was the perfect place to come back to. I have stayed in many Condo's and this one by far was the CLEANEST that I have stayed in. Rozlynne called us and will make sure that everything is perfect while your staying at her Condo. You can spend hour after hour looking for a place to stay and you will not find a better one than Rozlynne's condo. Great decor, fully equipped kitchen, plush mattresses, wonderful bedding, gorgeous view and all the conveniences of home except you are on the beach! So save your time, don't look anymore, book it if you can and have a wonderful, relaxing time. We just did.

My friends and I just returned from a stay in Rozlynne's large condo. It was exactly as she said, large, beautifully furnished, and quiet. She is a wonderful landlady. Although we didn't stay in this particular condo, my husband and I were very pleased in the other condo we rented from Rozlynne. She was so helpful and a wonderful person to work with in the rental process. She gave us so many tips on restaurants, activities, and places of interest during our stay in Gulf Shores. Although I was hesitant to rent through VRBO, it was the best experience we've had renting a condo. Rozlynne was very professional and pleasant in our communications. There were no hidden fees and the price is more than reasonable. The condo was very well equipped and the view is amazing. The zero entry pool is well suited for small children. We had an awesome week at the condo. First, Rozlynne met us at the condo. She showed us around and gave us our keys and passes and arm bands. The condo is gorgeous. It was very spacious and decorated so nice. She made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the 4th floor. It was easy getting on the elevator to get to the pool and beach. The location of the condo is great. It is so convenient to to Walmart, grocery stores, resturants, shopping etc. It was so easy to make your reservations for the condo. Rozlynne is right there to help with all of your questions, and she will give you simple instructions in sending your deposit, and payments until your ready for vacation. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. It was great!!! I hope we can come back next year!

Our vacation was just wonderful. Rozlynne was so warm and welcoming. She met us at the unit. The condo looked exactly like it did on the website -- beautiful and well decorated. It had all the comforts of home, even a coffee grinder. Our fourth floor location was perfect for getting in and out of the elevators quickly. The view from the balcony was amazing. And my family loved the indoor/outdoor pool. We would recommend this condo to our friends, and have already. We would definitely come back!

My family just returned from a week long vacation in Gulf Shores. We have stayed at Crystal Shores West on previous visits to the Gulf Coast but not in this particular unit. We were expecting high-end furnishings and upscale decor and were not in the least disappointed with our choice of this unit. The owner is very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions we might have had. She gave us great info on restaurants where locals go which we always find to be the best. We prefer renting directly from the owner of a property because we get personal service and always have a phone number to call in case of problems-lost keys etc. Great unit, views and easy access to everything.

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at this unit. It was by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in, including units in Destin. It does not have the typical "beach" decor which you usually find in a rental. It is easy to come and go , and it is in a convenient location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. All you need is a swimsuit! :)

I would just like to take a moment to let everyone looking for a home away from home ,this is the place.My family and i just completed a stay at this and unit and i recommend it to anyone.This place is very well equipment with everything you need from home.The unit is very clean and well kept and the view is great.We loved the location being so convenient to many attractions,and in closing we would just say we have no need to look for future vacation spots because we have found the only one we need.Choose this unit for a great stay on the beautiful gulf coast and you will not want go home.Have s great stay.
