*****KAUAI is all good! You can't go wrong anywhere on the island, however, Princeville to me, is the most magical area in the entire State of Hawaii. I find Poipu, Lihue, Poipu etc... too hot. Princeville has such an amazing breeze that you don't need to turn the AC on! WE HAVE THAT, which you won't use :)+ NEW FURNITURE + NEW FLAT SCREEN TV (42') + EVERYTHING REMODELED. MOST GUESTS RETURN AND YOU WILL TOO! Enjoy!! MAHALO NUI LOA!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A lot of the condos which we had visited are close to the road and very noisy. Our wonderful, private condo has the feel of a house and is extremely quiet and peaceful. We love our ocean view, our lanais (patios)and very much enjoy the newly renovated look of our three bedroom three baths property ***** UPDATE: Not only do we have New flat screen TVs 42'but we also have HDTV and brand new furniture :) (I kinda like to repeat myself as per my husband, but I just love our home and you will too...)

Saving our money towards our vacation, we used to stay at the Princeville. We love 5 star hotels and wanted a condo in Princeville which would be that wonderful!! We have enjoyed our 3 bedroom 3 baths condo and are renting it out to not only pay for the huge mortgage, but to share the love! We are grateful to God and the Universe. This beautiful condo was too good to be true! The listing of the condo was better than accurate...the views are breathtaking and memorable! The amenities, appearance and cleanliness of the condo are 5 stars!!! To our amazement the condo came with everything including the warm, aloha spirit! This condo exceeded all of our expectations and the owner is so very helpful and kind throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend this property to all who are staying in Princeville! And everything is nearby especially the town of Hanalei:) We fell in love with Kaua'i and it all started with this condo! Mahalo Helen!

Absolutely loved this place! My wife and I spent a week at Puamana and loved every second of it! EXTREMELY clean and as well stocked (or better) then your own home. Great views, great location, great neighbors. Very quiet and private. We live on Maui and vacation on Kauai and will definitely return to Puamana!! Super owner too!

If you are going to the North Shore this is a great place to stay. Close to everything, zip lines, beaches, shopping, golf, and the list goes one, The condo is very comfortable, quiet and still a stones throw to the pool. Lots of towels (including beach towels) with 3 full bathrooms was great for 5 of us. And you can still get your wifi & hdtv fix in after a full day of playing! Helen is very responsive and a lot of fun to work with. We will be back. Mahalo!

We rent condos when we go to Cannes for instance, and we know how it is to expect a certain level of comfort, and realize that the actuality of what you get is somewhat off. I would not want for that to happen to our guests. Property was better than we expected. View was outstanding even though it wasn't exactly on the beach, only a few minutes walk to the water. Located in the high end of the island without the crowds and the heavy traffic of the other parts. Very quiet and peaceful and never saw neighbors. Only a few minutes from good food and shopping. We'll be back again!

To follow up on our email that Helen posted for our stay of 7/14-19, we felt lucky to have found this rental. Not only is it in one of the most desirable locations in the Puamana complex with absolutely nothing obstructing the view of the golf course and the sea beyond, but it offers sleeping accommodations which were perfect for our group of 6. With 3 bedrooms, my daughter Suz and hubby Danny had a king room to themselves, my young grandsons, ages 7 & 9 shared a 2nd king room, and my friend Susie and I took the room with the twins. Twin rooms are not overly common in Princeville rentals, and this was a selling point for us. And there were 3 bathrooms! Hooray. The upgrades that the property has recently received are obvious and welcome, and as my daughter said in the email, the mattresses are amazing. There are plenty of beach towels and beach equipment on hand, and a washer/dryer in the unit. A nice selection of pots and pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils, 3 tvs, a selection of books and movies....what more do you want? The nearby activities and attractions as listed in the property description are accurate, and our parking space was very close to the unit. Finally, it was a joy to work with the owner Helen. She was prompt in replying to all our emails, and she did this with all good humor. We certainly plan to come back to Kauai, and when we do, we will definitely contact Helen about obtaining this condo again.

We just stayed there beginning of September and loved it. We were looking for such deal and had a hard time finding 3 bedrooms. It was my husband and I and my sister with her husband and child. Plenty of room there, beautifully redone place. I booked for next year for their $140 special a night and will be there again next September. We like the fact that it comes down to $70 each, (my sister will be joining us again.) Even this year you don't get anything like that, so we are not waiting until next year's prices come out. Less money into the rental, more money to spend on the vacation. I am writing this because it really worked for us and we are grateful for next year's deal. Boy, I am from Canada living in the New York area, and we love the wheather there!

This is the best deal on the Island. I don't know how much they usually charge but if you can get in on this for the $100 a night which we paid, you got an incredible deal. The condo is luxuriously redone and my mother and two children came with us: Pleaty of room for the whole family. Kids loved the swimming pool.
