Why not stay in the Penthouse? Our unit is fabulous! We just updated it in December 2008. We have wireless internet now too.
We are the corner Penthouse unit - our ceilings are over 12 feet high and since we are an end unit, we have beautiful bay windows in our dining area...and they overlook the Bay and the world-famous Ritz Carlton! Priceless.
Another reason to rent our unit is that we make it EASY! We use the unit ourselves, so we know it is in great condition. We are continuously updating the unit - we recently installed new tile and carpeting and had it painted. In December of 2008, we updated most of the appliances (GE Profile), got new living room furniture and new bedding. It is clean and upbeat! It has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. We have wireless internet too!
The majority of our renters come back year after year!
We will provide you with any information about the area that will make your trip more enjoyable. We are also reachable 24/7.
Regatta is located just steps to the white beaches of Naples and across the street from the renowned Ritz-Carlton. Completed in 2000, this condominium community (5 buildings) offers top-notch, up-scale Naples living!
The penthouse is in Building 3 - it is a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit located directly on the Bay. It offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Bay and the tropical waterfall pool! There is a view of the Gulf of Mexico from each window!
Building 3 offers the best access to the tropical waterfall pool. It is the only building that you won't have to either walk through a parking garage or on black-top to get between the unit and the pool!
The unit is professionally decorated - very upbeat and elegant. With 12 foot ceilings and many windows, the condo is very bright and cheerful. A few of our guest have even gotten our decorator's name and used her for their houses! You will be pleased with the quality of the unit.
The two guest bedrooms and bath are located at the entrance of the unit. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The master bedroom/bath is overlooking the bay. This layout is very conducive to families and couples traveling together - offering a bit of privacy.
The unit is very tastefully decorated, yet very family friendly. It is very well appointed with many towels, sheets, beach chairs, pack and play, high chair, etc. We have WiFi too.

This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is well maintained, nicely decorated and very clean. It overlooks the intercoastal water way and is just 2 blocks from the ocean - an easy walk to enjoy the evening sunset. We have rented this unit a number of times over the past 10 years and always enjoy going back there each year. The description and photos of the unit are very accurate. The owners have always been extremely helpful in assisting us in any way that they can to insure that our stay in their unit would be very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit to any family or friemd that would be traveling to the Naples area. We have found this Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples to be just a short drive to excellent shopping and several very good retaurants. .
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have been vacationing in Naples for many years and this penthouse/cabana unit at Regatta is perfect! It is well maintained, always tastefully decorated and updated, and it location in the complex makes it very easy to enjoy. The views from the lanai are stunning and will leave you thinking "when can we come back"........you will enjoy your stay at this condo!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

John and his wife have been staying at our unit for the past five years. They come back every year and are always pleasantly surprised with how well we maintain and updated we keep the unit. They say the unit is perfect for them when it is just the two of them and also great when their children and grandchildren come for a visit during their stay!
