You are in the middle of all the major activity for the resort.....and just yards away from the high speed lift!
The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter tops, and complete cooking utensils for great stay at home meals or choose to eat out at one of Durango's many fine restaurants. Several are located at the base of the mountain and many others in downtown Durango. Shop the historic downtown area or hop on the Narrow Gauge Train to Silverton for a breath taking ride though the mountains.
Heated garage parking and excellent closet space for all your equipment. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for easy access and ultimate convenience. The two bedrooms are furnished with one Queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress and two Aspen bunk beds in the second bedroom that sleeps 4. The 2 bedroom configuration sleeps a total of 6 and the 3 bedroom configuration sleeps a total of 8.
Second bedroom has a unique entertainment system including a Samsung 40" TV, XBox 360 & games, DVD player, and various board games to keep the children and guests entertained!
The main room has a balcony with a seating area to go out on and enjoy the fresh air of the mountains and view of the slopes!
Each bedroom is equipped with its own personal flat screen TV and DVD player for maximum entertainment.
The new club at the Purgatory Lodge is outstanding and includes a full workout facility, heated pool, huge jacuzzi, and available spa services!

We had a great time at this condo. It is immaculate and is equipped with everything you need for a convenient, comfortable vacation. The views of the slopes are great, the kids have their own bedroom equipped with bunkbeds and an entertainment center and the condo is spacious enough to allow for privacy and relaxation. It is centrally located to the slopes, shops, restaurants and club. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful mountain setting during any season...I have already recommended it to a friend traveling to Durango next spring!

Our family has been visiting and skiing the Durango/Purgatory area for many years and the stay at your condo will forever be one of our most memorable visits. The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed, exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was a great place for our family to relax and reconnect, with everything we needed. It was nice to enjoy the comforts of home after a great day on the slopes. We've always found the people at the resort to be friendly and helpful, and this trip was no exception. We would recommend Durango Mountain Resort and this condo to anyone, and we would say prepare to have a great time! We can't wait to return!

We had high expectations for our time in the mountains...and even they were exceeded! After days filled with rafting, hiking, sight-seeing, shopping, fishing and just being a family together, the condo was an amazing place to come back to and unwind. The amenities at the resort are stunning (as is the mountain, itself), and the unit quickly became a home for the 8 people in our group. There is a certain sense that wraps you up as you enter the condo...a special feeling of care and ease and closeness. That is exactly what we were all needing - just a chance to disconnect from all the pressures of our typical life and to reconnect to something deeper...and this place provided the perfect setting for that! We can't wait to return!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Its central location was wonderful for us because we have three young children. We were able to go back and forth from the resort to the room with ease. The condo itself is brand new and wonderfully furnished. We were extremely comfortable and can't wait to go back! Thanks!

The condo is exactly as described. Beautifully decorated; great views from the condo; short walking distance to the resort activity center. The restaurant at the resort has great food. The condo is great for families with children because of the bunk beds, Xbox, and board games. We went in the summer and enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back in the winter for the skiing.

As a frequent visitor to Purgatory during all seasons, this is by far the most beautiful slopeside condo we've had the pleasure of renting! It is perfect for a couple's getaway, providing stunning views, club access and beautiful showroom designer furnishings. Kids coming along? This condo's got it all for them, too with a great kid's bedroom equipped with state of the art entertainment center and 2 "way cool" bunk beds! The slopes and club are a stone's throw away, and Durango, with its great shopping and eateries, is a mere 20 minute drive...or, a 5 minute drive up the highway will allow you to mix with the locals while enjoying delicious, infamous School House Pizza! The covered parking, ski lockers and washer/dryer are other convenient, hassle-free amenities that make us look forward to returning to this condo year after year, no matter what the season. It is immaculately kept and perfectly located for so many activities. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for rest and relaxation in an unparalleled mountain setting.
