The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter tops, and complete cooking utensils for great stay at home meals or choose to eat out at one of Durango's many fine restaurants. Several are located at the base of the mountain and many others in downtown Durango. Shop the historic downtown area or hop on the Narrow Gauge Train to Silverton for a breath taking ride though the mountains.
This unit comes complete with two car parking spaces underground to keep you out of the snow or heat. Excellent closet space for all your equipment including two (2) ski lockers downstairs accessible by the elevator. Laundry facilities are located on the floor for your convenience. The two bedrooms are furnished with one king-size bed with a pillow top mattress in the master suite and two additional queen size murphy beds; one in the second bedroom and one in the main room. We also have two additional sofa sleepers that will accommodate 2 more people for a total of 8. The main room has a balcony to go out on and enjoy the fresh air of the mountains.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own personal TV, DVD/VCR player and a wood burning fireplace. The Kendall building also has a new jacuzzi tub on the roof overlooking the ski slopes along with a sauna and steam room. A great place to be after skiing all day....
