  Returned to the area for a family reunion and wanted something more than a hotel. This townhouse was perfect for the four of us (adults). Nice quiet and relaxing locale and at the same time easy to get to. Clean, well apportioned and very comfortable. We recommended this home to our extended family as well for future visits. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Mary for making everything so nice and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

  My husband and I wanted to explore the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area for golf. Mary's townhouse was in a wonderful location. We were close to many good restaurants and golf courses. The townhouse was very comfortable and relaxing. . We had breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the pond and watched all of the families of geese parading by us. Mary was very accessible for any questions that we had. We would definately stay there again.

  We arrived at Mary's townhouse and were thrilled with the room and the 2 1/2 bathrooms my family had for my nieces wedding. We were all able to get ready without having to start hours before. The beds were comfortable and 3 good night's sleep were had by all. We enjoyed eating breakfast together in the kitchen and even a dinner. The pond out back was a delight, I enjoyed watching the geese on Sunday afternoon. Next time I am in Cary I will definately stay here.

  Mary's townhouse is very convenient, comfortable and peaceful, with a lovely pond/lake off the deck in back. We had two couples staying there and it was ideal.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, sightseeing.

  We stayed 3 and 1/2 months at this townhouse while we were working in Cary, NC. The owner, Mary is a wonderful. She had everything and anything in this house you would ever want or need. I was very pleasantly surprised with how stocked everything was. There was every small kitchen appliance and kitchen gadget you would ever need. Plenty of dishes and glasses. She had all types of cleaning materials, trash bags, liquid soap. We did not have to buy anything when we first checked in. Mary had thought of everything. She is also very prompt to answer any phone calls or emails. The townhouse is decorated very tastefully and it was spotless clean. The living area is very comfortable with a nice leather fold out sleeper sofa and recliner. There is a small desk for computer work station. There is cable for tv and high speed internet service. There is a huge flat screen tv in the living room and a flat screen 32 inch tv in master bedroom and smaller flat screen in twin bedroom. Both upstairs bathrooms are large and there is more than enough closet space. She had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There was even a baby fold out crib in the closet. She has magazines, DVD's board games for entertainment. There was extra sheets and blankets for every bed. The towels were nice and thick too. It is located in nice location. There is a Kroger, Harris Teeter and Food Lion all within a mile or two and lots of restaurants all close by. There is a Lowes and Starbucks within .2 miles and it is very quiet and I met both neighbors on each side of this townhome and both were extremely nice. For approximately the same price as I would have spent on an extrended stay hotel, staying in Mary's town home was so much better. It was just like HOME SWEET HOME. I would defiantly stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone.

  My wife and I preferred a condo for a more safe and comfortable atmosphere for our toddler son. You actually cannot find a more safe area in Raleigh, than in Cary. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was convenient to everything this in RTP area. We had reserved the hotel for a week, but we actually able to see everything on our Raleigh wish list in less than 4 days, which allowed us to use the remainder of the time for R&R. The condo was within walking distance to the Lazy Daze festival in downtown Cary, which was a great ending to a wonderful vacation. Would recommend condo for any family with young children.

Yes, we are in a safe neighborhood and the condo is safe for children. I also have a Play Yard for the little ones, lots of family friendly DVDs, and good bedtime storybooks.

  One of the best thing about this condo was it's location location to Raleigh, the Horse Park, freeways, etc. It is easy access to just about everywhere. The townhouse is quiet, comfortable, and cozy. It has everything you need, however, it might be a bit small for 6 people. We housed four comfortably for part of our stay and it worked just fine. Sitting on the back porch listening to birds chirp over the pond and sipping coffee in the AM was a real bonus.

  I am a member of Hilton Honors & I stay often at Hilton properties. This was my first experience with a VRBO listing & I was totally thrilled about my week stay. I almost felt like I was in my home where everything was comfortable, convenient, clean, & quiet . Needless to say, I did not miss a Hilton hotel for this trip. I'll be looking to a return visit when I travel to Cary. This was quite the enjoyable experience!

  Owner response: I did stay in a Hilton lately, and I was impressed with the bedroom expresso/leather furniture, so have included that in my townhouse. While it is still a home, I do like to add luxury hotel touches.

  We stayed 4 nights while moving our kids to the area. The accommodations were wonderful for 4 adults. We had plenty of space and the location was very convenient to Cary and Raleigh. Having a kitchen allowed us the convenience of eating breakfasts and lunches in the townhouse plus saved us money. Sitting in the back watching baby geese was so relaxing. Mary was delightful and offered great information about the area. We will definitely recommend this rental to others and plan to stay again while visiting our kids.

  We had a marvelous time staying at the townhome. It was as advertised, cozy and quiet. Our grand daughter enjoyed coming over to watch the geese in the pond. We will definitely stay there again as our children live in Raleigh and my husband doesn't like to stay there longer than a week. A perfect setting and close to everything. Found wonderful places to eat in Cary, and really enjoyed the solitude. Thanks Mary.

  Owner response: I am so glad your husband was so comfortable that the two of you stayed for four weeks! I have decorated the townhouse to a man's taste, with leather recliner and big TVs. The townhouse is a nice getaway when visiting children and a great place to bring the grandchildren. We have family DVDs and a safe neighborhood to walk around in. A school playground is nearby. With all the tasty restaurants in the area, it is a nice vacation for everyone.
