This condo was wonderful!!!! It had anything you could need during a stay at the beach. I loved the furnishings and the view was great. To bad there had to be record low temperatures!!!!! Just what we wanted!

We were thrilled to find this condo to be exactly as described in the listing and the pictures! The bright, modern decor was so inviting and pleasant, making every minute in the condo a relaxing one. But the balcony was even better. It is huge and is RIGHT on the ocean. I was worried about our little dog wanting to take a flying leap but - no worries! The glass enclosure was about 40 inches high, allowing us peace of mind. We saw the dolphins, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept in a comfortable bed. With plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by and a doggie beach about 2 miles away, our vacation was effortless. I even visited the local art center which was lovely and took a class on glass fusing! Thank you, Jo, for offering your lovely condo. You were very helpful!

Fun Fall Beach Trip

We had a great time on gorgeous Orange Beach and loved vacationing without the huge summer crowds! This condo is in a great location and the owner is marvelous to work with in all regards. The listing discription was accurate; the condo was very clean and well stocked down to soaps, paper napkins, etc. I would definitely recommend it for couples, small groups and pet owners. I'm actually ready to go again!

My wife and I recently spent a few days at this condo and the experience was wonderful. The owner Jo is a pleasure to deal with. This property is right in the middle of everything, including having a Wal-Mart right across the street! While sitting on the spacious balcony, we watched the beach activity and even spotted a school of dolphin playing and chasing each other during the morning hours. The condo was very clean and well decorated. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a beach condo for vacation.

Great place for vacationing with dog.

We chose this condo because it was pet-friendly. It was perfect for our dog, there are two dog walk areas with bags and trash. The condo was clean and provided all amenities. It is located in a prime dolphin watching area, we saw them almost every morning and evening from the balcony. We have stayed in various condos throughout Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and probably would not choose this one if we were vacationing without the dog. It was a little on the small side, especially the second bedroom, and the building was older feeling with a very slow sometimes scary elevator and not as many amenities (hot tub, fitness area) as we are use to. None of these things ruined our trip, and we would visit again if we vacation again with our dog. Also, the owner Jo is very helpful and friendly.

Recommended for:Pet owners, sightseeing.

My husband, my 21 month old daughter, my Yorkie, my mom, my mom-in-law & I loved this condo. Very clean, spacious & beautifully decorated. We could not have asked for more. The best part was the balcony glass...perfect for small children & dogs. Hope to be back soon. Thanks so much, Jo, for all your help & for letting us experience a piece of your paradise. Wonderful Week at the Beach

We spent the week and had a wonderful time. The condo is adorable with delightful decorations and comfortable beds. Working with Jo was an absolute delight. She thinks of everything and is so willing to help. Our family includes a malteste - she also had a wonderful time. The pet walk area outside the condo was easy to access and even includes doggie bags for pet cleanup. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

2011 family vacation

Our family just spent 7 wonderful days at this condo. We had plenty of room for me and my husband.. .along with our two toddler boys, teenager daughter and a friend. Everything was decorated so lovely and the condo is very convient to shopping. The views from the condo were exceptional. Every morning we would watch 10 to 15 dolphin playing out in the ocean. I highly recommend anyone visiting Orange Beach to stay here. The owners are also so very helpful in anything you want to know about the area! We will definetly be visiting here again.

It was decorated in lovely bright colors and everything was there and then some that we needed or wanted.....the view was breathtaking and the balcony was wonderful.....We could not have stayed at a more beautiful place ever. The Colley's, Valley, Alabama

Our vacations are always spent on the gulf and this year was one of the best. The location was great, close to all of our favorite restaurants. The condo was exactly as pictured, the best we have stayed in; very clean, comfortable with fantastic views. We loved being over the pool and could relax on the patio and watch grandkids swim below. The owners (spoke with Jo) were wonderful to work with and very helpful and accommodating in scheduling our particular dates. We also had the privilege of taking our Yorkies with us which completed the family picture. I would highly recommend this condo to any family heading to the gulf and certainly plan on and look forward to staying at this condo again next year.

We had a great week at the condo. It was exactly as described in the listing with everything you need for a great week at the beach. It was exceptionally clean, the view from the balconey was great and we enjoyed it immensely. Saw dolphins swim by in the morning. We didn't see any problems from the oil spill. Jo and Lynn were both considerate of our needs checking to be sure everything was in order. We hope to return in the near future and would certainly recommend this unit to friends and relatives and anyone who is looking for a nice, convenient condo on the beach.

Just returned from our yearly beach vacation it was very relaxing as always. Despite the oil spill the beach was still beautiful and very relaxing just as it always is. So if your second guessing a trip to Orange Beach don't because we still had a great time and did everything we normally do. This Condo has everything you need in the kitchen to help you prepare a great meal after a long day on the beach and if you don't feel like cooking there are many great restaurants near buy. Condo is in a great location has a shopping center right across the highway that has everything you need from groceries,to beach supplies,restaurant and even a medical clinic. Owner is great to rent from very sweet person couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with.We have rented this Condo for a few years now because we just love it and the area we feel right at home in it. Can't wait till next year to go back to what feels like our second home.

Silver Beach 803 is the best condo by far that we’ve stayed at since we have been coming to the Gulf Beaches. It is in an excellent location, with fantastic views, very relaxing, great outdoor and indoor layout and accommodations. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We just returned from our incredible stay at Silver Beach (#803). This condo is located right on the beach, which means that you can be out in the ocean within a couple minutes of leaving your room! The condo itself is incredibly nice and has been kept in great condition. There are also multiple grocery, video, restaurants located directly across the street! I would recommend this to anyone considering a trip to Orange Beach. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, but based on our stay here, we will most definitely be returning.

Great person to rent from! From beginning to end, very helpful! Beach was beautiful! Condo was nicely decorated and equipped to make any meals and make you comfortable. Close to everything-including grocery, dining, the expressway, and gift shops! Enjoyed our getaway thanks to owner/agent!
