Walk to the beach from this beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condominium located within the world class tennis community of Sea Colony. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings in 2007/2008. INQUIRE EVEN IF THE CALENDAR IS FULL-WE HAVE 2 OTHER PROPERTIES AVAILABLE IN SEA COLONY!
Master bedroom has queen-sized bed, private bath, and flat screen TV. The furniture in the master bedroom is brand new (winter 2007). The second bedroom has two twin beds, new bedspreads and pillows and furnishings and a TV with VCR. Large living room has new queen-sized sleep sofa (2008), entertainment center with TV, DVD, CD, and stereo. We have added a computer desk for a laptop and a cable modem for high speed internet access. The large eat in kitchen (table for 6) is fully equipped and has a wine cooler. There is a large private deck for outdoor entertaining with table and chairs (new 2008).
There is a stacking washer and dryer and central air conditioning. The location is private and is an easy walk to the beach, tennis center, Swan Lake, Bishop's Cafe for coffee, paper, and a scone, and beautiful downtown Bethany Beach. The Marketplace at Sea Colony (5 minute walk) has 2 restaurants, beauty shop, gift shops, beach good store and bike rentals.
Walk or ride the shuttle to the guarded beach or play tennis on one of 34 tennis courts (twelve Har Tru and four indoor). You will also have access to 12 pools (two indoor), fitness centers with indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, sauna, hiking/biking trails and a special place for children; Club Sea Colony. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's 50 greatest US Tennis Resorts and eleventh in the world by Tennis Resorts online.
Sea Colony amenities include half mile private guarded beach, shuttle to the beach, indoor and outdoor tennis centers, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, two fitness centers, saunas, Jacuzzi, playgrounds, basketball courts, fishing ponds, walking/jogging trails, and 24 hour security.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
Sea Colony is one of the finest resorts. It always amazes me that there is so much to do. The tennis facility is a World Class operation. I use the fitness center on a regular basis; you can catch me in spin class on Tuesday and Thursdays evenings and Saturday mornings. The beach is clean and convenient. I love the beach chair and umbrella service and the fact that you can hop into an oceanfront pool to cool off.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love the location of 2304 Round Robin because it is so convenient to everything that Sea Colony has to offer. There is a pool with kiddies pool directly across the street, a shuttle bus stop in the front and the beach is a short walk away. The Marketplace at Sea Colony is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a newspaper in the morning and just sit outdoors and soak it all in.

We really enjoy having a beach house for visiting friends and family and for our Summer guests from VRBO. We donate several weeks a year to various charitable organizations.
