Walk to the beach from this beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condominium located within the world class tennis community of Sea Colony. Newly renovated kitchen in 2007/2008. INQUIRE EVEN IF THE CALENDAR IS FULL-WE HAVE 2 OTHER PROPERTIES AVAILABLE IN SEA COLONY!
Master bedroom has queen-sized bed, private bath, and flat screen TV. The furniture in the master bedroom is brand new (winter 2007). The second bedroom has two twin beds, new bedspreads and pillows and furnishings and a TV with VCR. Large living room has new queen-sized sleep sofa (2008), entertainment center with TV, DVD, CD, and stereo. We have added a computer desk for a laptop and a cable modem for high speed internet access. We also offer a wireless router with free internet access in the condo. The large eat in kitchen (table for 6) is fully equipped and has a wine cooler. There is a large private deck for outdoor entertaining with table and chairs.
There is a stacking washer and dryer and central air conditioning. The location is private and is an easy walk to the beach, tennis center, Swan Lake, Bishop's Cafe for coffee, paper, and a scone, and beautiful downtown Bethany Beach. The Marketplace at Sea Colony (5 minute walk) has 2 restaurants, beauty shop, gift shops, beach good store and bike rentals.
Delaware Seashore State Park is just to the north and Fenwick Island State Park is to the south, both just a 5 minute car ride away. Beyond the Delaware Seashore State Park is Dewey Beach/Rehoboth which provides outstanding night life and dining. Just below Fenwick Island is Ocean City, MD that provides night life for any and every taste.
Less than three hours by car from Baltimore, Washington, and Philadelphia areas, Sea Colony, the "quiet resort" offers an unmatched package of amenities and services including 12 pools (two indoor), 34 tennis courts (14 Har-Tru clay and four indoor), Fitness Center (with indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, saunas, whirlpool, and indoor gym), supervised children’s programs, courtesy community shuttle, hiking-biking trails, and more. Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
Sea Colony is one of the finest resorts. It always amazes me that there is so much to do. The tennis facility is a World Class operation. I use the fitness center on a regular basis; you can catch me in spin class on Tuesday and Thursdays evenings and Saturday mornings. The beach is clean and convenient. I love the beach chair and umbrella service and the fact that you can hop into an oceanfront pool to cool off.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the location of 2304 Round Robin because it is so convenient to everything that Sea Colony has to offer. There is a pool with kiddies pool directly across the street, a shuttle bus stop in the front and the beach is a short walk away. The Marketplace at Sea Colony is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a newspaper in the morning and just sit outdoors and soak it all in.

We really enjoy having a beach house for visiting friends and family and for our Summer guests from VRBO. We donate several weeks a year to various charitable organizations.

My husband and I stayed in this condo last fall and it was lovely. This unit is not only beautifully decorated, the owner has also thought of all the little things that make you feel at home. The location is great and the condo is convenient to many of Sea Colony's wonderful amenities. It is also easy to communicate with the owner and she is always ready to answer any questions. You won't be disappointed with this rental.

We have stayed in this unit for the past two summers and have enjoyed it each year and are looking forward to going back again. We especially enjoy the updated kitchen and the care and cleanliness of the unit. Proximity to the beach is also a major bonus, as you can walk without relying on the schedule. The owners are local and very easy to work with.
