Welcome to Big Bear Resort! If you are looking for something different - you have found it! We are not your typical condo complex. We are a family oriented "old style" resort in a secluded waterfront setting.

WOW! The perfect location by land and water! The first exit off of Horseshoe Bend at(Duckhead Road). Located at the 1.5 mile marker by water!

We offer cozy one and two bedroom condos that are sure to please! We also offer adjoining units as well for large groups or families. Some units are handicap accessible. Located at the waters edge, you will enjoy a great main channel view, but in a protected cove, perfect for swimming and fishing! We are a small complex with only (30 units). All units have queen bedrooms, and 1 or two sofa sleepers, fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerator, microwave. Some units have dishwashers and washer/dryers. We offer some units with fireplaces, and some with jetted tubs. All units have electric grills or charcoal grills, and seating on the decks. Dishes and utensils, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and soap are supplied, but please bring your own pool towels.

Amenities include: Large pool with sundeck, inground hot tub, sand/pebble beach area, swim dock, martini deck, boat ramp, trailer parking, boat slips, playground, small convenience store with movie rentals, coin laundry, and more!


We are located very close to the Outlet Mall, Cinema, Shopping, Restaurants (by land and water), The Horney Toad, Water Parks, Go Karts, Golf, Grocery Stores, Gas, Bars, and more!
