New luxury home completed in 2007 in secluded neighborhood close to downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Free shuttle provides service every 30 minutes to Winter Park Ski Area as well as the towns of Fraser and Winter Park. Our 2,400 square foot home is comfortably furnished with plenty of room to enjoy being with family and friends.
The main floor on the ground level is the heart of this warm and cozy home. This level contains a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area with view of the ski hill, living room with stone fireplace, bedroom, bathroom, and covered deck with grill.
The lower level has a bedroom, bathroom, large family room with cable TV, sofa bed, comfortable chairs, game table, games and laundry room. This level has radiant floor heating for your comfort and walk out access to the patio and hot tub.
The upper level has private bedroom with large bathroom and a spectacular view of Byers Peak and the Continental Divide. All three bedrooms have a queen-size bed. Bedroom on lower level also has a trundle bed. Our home is extra clean. NO PETS or SMOKING. The two car heated garage has plenty of room for storing recreational equipment.
Winter Park ski area has long been known as "Colorado's Favorite" but there is plenty to do besides downhill ski. Winter also offers snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. During spring, summer and fall enjoy hiking, biking, golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, swimming, boating, rafting, and antiquing. Rocky Mountain National Park is close by.
This is the perfect place to create lasting memories with friends and family.
