Our home is in a great location - one block from the beach and one block to Mason Ave with its restaurants and shopping, on a large corner lot with a garage. A town of charming renovated homes, Cape Charles keeps its feel of a village from the early 1900s. There are many wildlife areas within a half hour drive. A large fishing pier is two blocks from the house. Norfolk and Virginia Beach are less than an hour away.
The 3-bedroom home has a king size bed, a queen size bed, and in the third bedroom, a double and single bed. There's a twin pull-out sofa in the living area. The upstairs bath is renovated with two sinks, a shower, and a large tub.
On the first floor is a large living room with fireplace, large foyer and a half bath. The kitchen has been updated and includes a dining area that leads to a nice deck (10 feet by 20 feet). There is also an outside shower near the back deck and a covered front porch with wicker furniture.
Pets allowed.
