Watercrest(on the east end of Thomas Dr.) has only "two" very lg. one bedroom units within its complete complex and we are offering one of them. Enjoy and create a lifetime of memories in this wonderful light-house decorated unit.
This delightful [larger than most] one Bedroom unit is large enough for two queen beds, dresser, TV, and chair within the Br., with plenty of room left to move around. It also has a nice Walk-in closet and a bathroom off the bedroom. The second bath, accommudating guest or those utilizing the queen fold out couch for extra sleeping.
Age limit of 25, Sorry...no pets
Our unit is directly over the pool looking out over the worlds most beautiful beach's. From the light house theme decor to the white sand beach's, this one can't be beat.

The first thing I must say is that the owner, Lynn, is incredible to work with,will work with you, and thats hard to find, and that alone made my stay incredible and worry free! The condo itself was perfect for us! Just the right size! We stayed a full week and were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is awesome and it was just myself and my two boys and I felt safe and was pleased that it was family oriented! We had a wonderful vacation and I would personally like to thank Lynn for working with me and allowing my boys and I to stay in her incredible condo!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Let me start by saying, it really is like: HOME As you enter the front door to your right hallway there is a laundry room, large linen closet and a FULL size bathroom. There is a BIG walk in closet in the hallway to store your beach items. To the left of the hallway is a large kitchen, Full size refrigerator,stove, dishwasher, all pots,dishes, everything your home has. Huge pantry to store all your beach food and snacks. You can see the beautiful ocean from the kitchen that flows to the dining area with a large, seats 6 dining table. To the living area that is tastefully decorated. The sofa will fold into a bed, and yes, believe it, it's comfy too.!! The big brown chair you melt in to.Turn on the ceiling fan, you can relax watching the flat screen T.V. choose any cable station you like. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds, large dresser with many drawers, T.V., ceiling fan, huge walk in closet, FULL size bathroom. Towels and linens are supplied. And just a note, A/C works great !! The outside deck is the perfect place to see the Stingray's swim by as well as the Dolphin's. The unit looks down to the pool and straight out to the stunning Gulf of Mexico. There are many chairs to sit and relax on the deck. You are supplied a parking pass along with pool passes. This is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. In 2 years of finding this lovely unit on VRBO I have booked with the owner 9 times. It's the only place I want to stay when I am in Panama City. Please feel free to contact me if I may assist with questions you might have however, the owner Lynn is always there for you.

We recently stayed in this condo for 5 days during the month of March and would love to stay a month. There is a 2 month minimum during the winter -- Anyone out there staying 1 month and we the other month? I am sure the owner will work with us. We were thrilled the condo was so clean and decorated so beautifully. Also, the balcony overlooking the ocean was great!
