Annapolis Mall is just a 5 minute ride east and boasts a variety of specialty shops, restaurants, movie houses and department stores including Nordstrum. Ten minutes further will bring you to the historic downtown Annapolis. Charming tree lined streets boast historic homes and buildings including the Paca House and Saint Anne’s Church. The capitol building also adorns the city along with the impressive US Naval Academy’s buildings and grounds. Many fine restaurants fill the city’s streets serving a variety of entrees but most unique are dishes made with Maryland’s own crabmeat !
House description: Custom built would sides three story house (circa 1974) has four bedrooms on the upper level (three doubles and one single) served by two full baths and a skylite hallway; a great room (living and dining room ) with baby grand piano, kitchen and eat-in area and den fill the main level. A spacious 12’ x 32’ deck runs the length of the west side and provides quietude, afternoon sun and a sweeping vista of mature trees and gardens.
Security is provide via a single entrance without alternative exit. Maid service can be provided on weekly or bi weekly basis.
