Lakeview. Location. Luxury. This third story unit has a wonderful view of Payette Lake and the surrounding mountains from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The attached picture, taken from the balcony, don't do justice to the beauty and of the lake and surrounding mountains.
You will be one block from the waterfront Brown's Park which has a dock, swimming beach and toddlers playground. Legacy Park, which was renovated and upgraded is two blocks away and Davis Beach is a 5 minute walk. Walk five minutes to town, the shops and restaurants, and skating rink. The golf course is a 3 minute drive, and Poderosa State Park entrance is one and six-tenths miles. Kayak, bike, boat and PWC rentals are all within three blocks. You can easily park your car in the two car tandem garage and not use it again until you have to go home.
Enjoy all new furniture and appliances including a 37-inch TV with cable and DVD player. The master bedroom has a TV with VCR and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen.

We purchased this condominium because of the great lake view and because it is centrally located to town, the lake, Ponderosa Park, and the golf course. It is off the beaten path and away from the traffic.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Upon arrival, we park the car in the garage and don't have to drive much at all. We really enjoy walking to town or to one of the nearby parks. It is a great pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the lake and mountains.

What a perfect place for vacation! The house is beautiful and so cozy while the view of the lake and the sunsets are unforgettable. We didn't have to drive at all the entire weekend because everything is so close. We are thrilled to have found this place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a fantastic getaway.

Arrived after the sun went down, two tired kids (after an eight hour drive) and were thrilled with the house. The bed was a welcome sight - we fell to sleep. Sat. morning up and to the Pancake House - if you need a big breakfast head there. Back to the condo then the short walk to the marina + beach. Our 2 1/2 year old could spend the rest of our vacation there. Weather is perfect - view of lake is unbelievable- Sunday morning rain - so we went for a hike in Ponderosa Park - wet but fun - then off for a coffee at the pancake house. They just opened a large coffee shop - lots of exploring in town + around town. Dinner at the pizza parlor near the marina - great place if you are traveling with kids. Had a great trip - wish we had more time.
