The Woods Resort and Spa at Killington is a luxury condo development on 100 acres. Private shuttle bus service during the ski season transports you to the slopes only 4 miles up the Killington Access Road. The Woods is the nicest development at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows (weather permitting) as opposed to large condo buildings. The full-service Spa has a fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts.
This unit is located by the Spa At The Woods - it is called a Village Center Unit. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 story, 1100 sq. ft, corner townhouse unit with 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has double sized bunk beds (2 new double mattresses). Two double Aero beds are provided for extra sleeping in the living room. This unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably. There is a whirlpool jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a full clothes washer/dryer, televisions, dishwasher, outdoor patio & grill, parking in front of condo, and full use of the pool and Spa and facilities.
Upgrades for 2008/09 ski season: new living room couch; new double Aero bed for the living room; new bunk beds (with double mattresses) in the second bedroom; all new mattresses; entire unit painted.

Payment is accepted in US currency only, unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner.
The above rates do not include 10% Vermont tax and a one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
A security deposit in the amount of $350 per stay is required upon booking and will be returned 5 days after departure. Alternatively, a credit card can be used as the deposit and security/damage guarantee. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival or your reservation is subject to cancellation.
There are no Saturday arrivals or departures.
