Two bedroom, two bath condo at the prestigious Treasure Island Resort on Thomas Drive in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. We invite you to take a break from it all and come relax in this sophisticated, and comfortable beachfront condo overlooking the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf! As you read the following description, you will see an elegantly furnished condo with the renter's comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment in mind.
As you arrive at Treasure Island, park in your assigned parking space in the covered garage (no need to fight for a parking space or climb into a hot car), and welcome to this beautiful fourth floor condo - where paradise awaits you! As you open the door (which has an automated keypad - no need to keep up with those plastic cards) you will be greeted with the finest furnishings to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
The Living room is filled with a quality queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and chair to relax in. Coffee and end tables, armoire, 38 inch TV, DVD and CD player, stereo, framed art, mirrored wall and custom made lined drapes. The living room gives way to the 30 foot x 9 foot balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean and pool, relax in the two loungers or glider as well as the table and four chairs - perfect for your morning cup of coffee and lunch breaks!
The Master bedroom also has balcony access and is adjacent to the living room. The master bedroom is decorated in soothing candlelight pink, mint green and gold to go with the gorgeous Waverly bedspread. The bedroom boasts a new, king-size bed, two sitting chairs, bedside tables, armoire, TV, DVD player, custom made lined drapes and artwork! The master bath is extra large with a double vanity, walk-in shower with dual showerheads, huge walk-in closet and toilet room!
The second bedroom is decorated in a cool and soothing ocean sea spray blue with brown wicker furniture. The new, queen-size bed has a beautiful Waverly bedspread with matching valances and plantation blinds; there is also a sitting chair perfect for curling up in with a good book or watching TV! The bedroom has an adjoining bath that also has hallway access. The children will love sleeping on the built in bunk beds, and there is a pullout that sleeps two adults comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts black granite countertops and new GE appliances. The unit has a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Don't forget, NO SMOKING in the condo. We hope you enjoy your vacation in paradise and will want to come back soon and often!
Hurricane Policy:
In the event of a hurricane or hurricane threat (valid Jun 01-Nov 30) to our area and a mandatory evacuation is issued by state or local authorities, all or part - the difference between the time used and time remaining of the rent, minus cleaning fee is refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Twelve weeks plus notice: all deposit returned.
Ten-Eleven weeks, six days: 75% returned 25% kept.
Eight-Nine weeks, six days: 50% returned 50% kept.
Five-Seven weeks, six days notice: 25% returned 75% kept.
Less than Four weeks plus six days: 100% kept.
All cancellations will have a processing fee.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for our 31st wedding anniversary. From the first contact, which was a personal phone call from Lesley, to the return deposit (within a week after we checked out), our booking and week's stay was stress free. Lesley is such a pleasant person and her exquisite taste is evident in the decor of this condo. Our plans are to stay several weeks this year.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. This was probably the nicest condo we have ever rented. Great decor and the tempurpedic bed was really comfortable. The owner was very accomodating and we received our deposit back promptly after our stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

No relaxation in this unit. They expect "gentle usage" which apparently means no walking on carpet, no sitting on furniture and no touching of anything. Do not expect any deposit return. Would not advise anyone to stay in this unit. Have stayed at these condos, different units, since it has been built and have never lost a deposit until this unit.
Owner response:The rental policy for this condo is that security deposits will be returned if there is NO DAMAGE to the unit. Our desire is to share our family's vacation home with you, and hope that you will care for and respect "our home" during your stay. Our vacation at your condo was relaxing and wonderful!! The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It had everything we needed and more.The balcony with its loungers and table with chairs made it perfect for our meals. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the ocean and the sunsets over the ocean. The location is great - it is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants which were really good. We definitely will be returning to vacation in your gorgeous condo!!!
