Spacious 2400+ square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an inviting 2-way gas fireplace. High vaulted cathedral ceiling on 1st floor. Master bedroom with a California king bed located on the 2nd floor. Two additional bedrooms located on the opposite end of the 2nd floor lend itself perfectly for lots of privacy in the master bedroom. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen bed and bedroom #3 has a rustic bunkbed with full mattress on the bottom and twin mattress up top. Bedroom #4 is located downstairs on the ground floor, complete with it's own full bathroom. The loft is furnished with a futon bed to accommodate larger groups. A full-sized air mattress is also provided for extra sleep accommodations. Lots of fun activities with a game room that has an air hockey table and foosball table. Play board games for interactive family play. Go hiking at Red Rock. Take a hike at Mount Charleston during the summer or ski during the winter. Enjoy water sports? Lake Mead is just 1 hour away. For more exploring, Lake Las Vegas is 1 hour away. Boulder City is 45 minutes away for those that love antiques. World Class golf courses just 10 minutes away. Perfect vacation home for your large family or group travel. Want to include your furry family member in your vacation? No problem! Bring them with you because pets are always welcome. ABOUT US: We're a family that manages our own vacation rentals. We treat you like family plus we're just a phone call away, whenever you need us. Thank you for your interest in our property - We hope we can accommodate you in the near future. DEPOSITS and FEES: A $350 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your desired dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, but you can use it towards rental within one year of your cancellation date. An additional $150 pet deposit shall be applied if pets are accommodated. All deposits are fully refundable after satisfactory inspection of property. CLEANING FEE and TAXES: There is a cleaning fee of $150 and a 9% Nevada Lodging Tax THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME PLEASE
