Our Townhome is beautifully furnished and decorated. Wood flooring, granite countertops, & top of the line appliances. You will sleep soundly on our comfortable beds, down comforters and pillows, with 400 count cotton sheets. There are flat-screens in every room. Our unit sits on edge of Swaner's Nature Preserve, where the vast fields stretch out to the views of Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. If you are lucky, you will see the hot air balloons float across the mountain tops and hang over the fields. Breathtaking.
This rental is our second home, and we ask that if you are interested, please understand that this not a party rental, but a place for family and friends to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Park City. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.
Within walking distance, you will be able to enjoy shopping, dining, bowling, gym, movies and right in front of the unit is the walking/biking/Cross-country skiing path. You are a 5 minute drive to the Canyons and about 12 minutes to Park City and Deer Valley ski mountains. In the summer, enjoy Olympic Park, where you can watch freestyle ski teams from around the world jump into the simulated pool. Amazing.
Wherever you stay in Park City, have a wonderful time in this very special place.
