KINGSTON PLANTATION is a private 145 acre resort complete with a 24 hour security gated entrance, lakes, and a half mile of a beautiful secluded beach. Tropical landscape surrounds a two-level oceanfront pool with cascading waterfall and a hot tub accessible only to the guests of MARGATE TOWER. Located in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach, Kingston Plantation is one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the North Myrtle Beach.

No PETS Sorry, Home Association prohibits any pets in the building and this policy is strictly enforced.

NO SMOKING allowed in the unit, but you can always enjoy a cigarette in the privacy of the Oceanfront Balcony.

For reservations outside of 120 days, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of arrival, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. You may cancel your reservation 90 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. A valid credit card is required as security for damages. No charges will be made without contacting the renter first. All furnishings, equipment, amenities are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be allowed due to these changes.

  • We spent the month of February at your very well appointed condo---it was spotlessly clean and well equipped---the lower level made access very easy and we will always remember the striking night views of the pool areas---the deep balcony was also a bonus---having stayed at Kingston Plantation before we knew what to expect with regards to their well maintained grounds and security---Thank you and we hope to come again.

  • We spent a week in this condo in July 2007. The accomodations were excellent. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Check-in was quick, parking was adjacent to the condo entrance in a covered garage, there was a guard/clerk at the entrance 24/7, and elevators were quick. The pool area was perfectly kept with an attendant on duty all day. Margate is directly on the ocean and there is a lifeguard position directly in front of the Margate area. The balcony is large and wide so it is a great place to spend time. Margate is convenient (about a mile) from restaurant row and is also convenient to most other entertainment. This condo was excellent and we can't wait to go again to the exact same condo.
