Thank you, Kimberly and Josh!

Love it!!!! Very relaxing and the down stairs bedroom is great for sleeping in ( very cozy). If you want to wake up to the sunlight , the upstairs bedroom is great. The cabin is bigger than it looks. Very roomy with everything you need. Or daily visits from Daisy were great. Our 7 nights turned into 9 and we would have liked to stay longer. Great time for me and my husband..

Peaceful, tranquil, secluded and yet close to about any kind of mountain adventure one could want. Cabin is spotless, well cared for, everything in proper working order. (Looks just like the pictures) My husband and I found it to lack nothing that we might need for our 2 week stay. It was the perfect size for us 2 retired folks, but would be great for 4 to 6 people. (We didn't use the upstairs at all) The owners were so friendly and the entire rental process went smoothly and without any surprises. I would highly recommend this cabin and would have rated it even more stars if they had been available!

We loved our five-night stay here! It was beautiful fall weather. The cabin was perfect. Tastefully but simply decorated, immaculately clean, and well-stocked with important things like towels, dishes, kitchen items, a few DVDs, a couple of puzzles, and local tourism information. We appreciated all those last extras even more as the first day it rained all day. It was a comfortable place to be and just relax during the rainy weather. The next few days we got around the area and did some scenic drives, hiking, and visiting. We took the advice to visit the Dillard House. It is a little pricier now than mentioned in the information at the cabin - $22 a person - but for all-you-can-eat and brining home leftovers, that's a good price! It's quite the experience and we do recommend you try it at least once. If you want to visit the Smokies, try this out and stay away from the commercialism of some of the other places!

This was a wonderful cabin! Everything was very clean & well organized. You can tell there is much time & care by the owners to make sure it has that "wow" factor when you arrive. It was nice having detergent, soap, paper goods, spices, etc left for our use. The location is perfect. You have plenty of privacy & it's about a 15-20 minute drive to town.

We spent such a relaxing week here. The setting is beautiful, and the cabin is a little gem. Close to everything, yet tucked away into the greenest forest. Every night we watched the lightning bugs wake up and move into the forest. We spent time at Sliding rock, Deep creek, tubing and hiking and Cataloochee to see the elk.

This little cabin is irresistible - you can't just make one visit! From the moment you drive up that road, you can actually feel yourself start to relax. It's so secluded and quiet, and yet knowing that the owners are just minutes away if you have a question or need something is invaluable. My husband and I slept in late, then read books we don't have time for back home, and had real conversations with each other while sitting on that glorious sun-filled deck! We took several mini-day trips out to surrounding communities, and made some new friends along the way. Another important tip - if you're picky about cleanliness when you travel, Little Cove Cabin is the place to go. You always feel like you're the first guest to stay there - even though the guest book tells you otherwise. The owners obviously put a lot of work into making this cabin seem like a home away from home, and all that effort has paid off handsomely!

Terrific overall experience. Great location on the side of a mountain, beautiful deck, very good outdoor grill, 12 min drive to Sylva, very clean. It exceeded our expectations & the owners are very easy to work with. Eat at Kosta's in Sylva at least once. Would definitely go back. We fished 6 different rivers during the 7 days we were there.

A week of relaxation was what we were looking for and it is exactly what we had. The WEB site description of the property was spot on. Maybe the cabin is a little larger than the photos suggest. The cabin was clean, well equipped, and fun. If you find that the web's description is what you are looking for then you have found it. Also, the owners were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. My family just stayed at Little Cove. It was such a cozy and comfortable place to call home for our week in the mountains. My boys loved sleeping up in the loft each night. Kim did a wonderful job of making sure the cabin was clean and inviting. She was very helpful even during the week we were at the cabin, answering questions that I had and letting us know of work being done on the dirt road. We actually ended up needed their help the morning of our departure when we realized that we had left the lights on in our van overnight. We were very happy all the way around!

My wife, baby, small dog and I spent some time at the Little Cove Cabin in May. We loved the privacy and solitude. The only thing we could hear sitting on the deck was the creek at the edge of the property. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our 8 month old loved swinging on the hammock with mommy. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere yet in 15 minutes we were in Sylva for a dinner out (We recommend Lulu's on Main). The owners are readily available if needed, we had the pleasure of meeting them. We highly recommend the Little Cove Cabin and can't wait to come back.

My stay at Little Cove Cabin was very special. I was able to make many day trips from this private starting point; however, it was sooooo……. relaxing to spend some days just hanging out at the cabin, which is Josh and Kimberly’s “little piece of heaven.” I had everything I needed and then some. The cabin was cute, comfortable and very clean. The property was up to date and well maintained. It is beautiful on top of their mountain. My time was wonderful and Josh and Kimberly went out of their way to make everything perfect. I do hope to return. Perhaps the next time I come I will make it a "girls getaway" weekend or I might bring my parents for a week. Patricia, Louisville, KY

My husband and I...and my sister and her husband...recently spent a week in this lovely cabin. The owners have thought of everything and have provided everything that could possibly be included to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. To begin with, they have "re-built" the cabin to their own perfectionist standards...lining the walls with cedar, and adding all of the amenities that one could hope for...or expect. All of the furnishings were tasteful, attractive, and comfortable. Their decorating skills far exceed mine (for what that's worth). The deck is spacious and encourages outdoor use...a must in the fall foliage month because the setting of fir and a variety of deciduous trees makes for a gorgeous view. In addition, the owners are readily available for any problem that might arise. The cabin provides perfect privacy for those who care...while being close enough to services to make them available to those who need them. The nearby quaint town of Dillsboro showcases the arts and crafts of those living in the area and provides the availability of the not-to-be-missed Dillsboro Smokehouse...an inexpensive restaurant that makes and sells the absolutely best ribs I've ever tasted!
