Our condominium features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances, dining area, breakfast bar, and a laundry area with “full-sized” washer and dryer. Relax in our living area and enjoy the view of the ocean or entertain yourself watching a 37” LCD flat-screen television that has over 70 cable channels. The balcony, from our 19th floor location affords you with an awesome beachfront view and a comfortable seating area.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with marble topped bedpost and nightstands and a 32” LCD flat-screen television rounds out this exquisite room. The bunk area sleeps two additional guests. In the living area a convertible queen size sofa can sleep an additional two people and if needed an over sized chair converts into a twin bed.
First class amenities include full concierge services, two heated pools beachfront and across from the beach next to the main building, each with their own hot tub, and a “Tiki Bar” next to the beachfront pool where you can order your favorite drink. Our condominium also offers free high-speed “secured” Internet access.
When not on the beach or by the pool you may want to take advantage of the many activities Panama City Beach has to offer such as golf, fishing, tennis, theme parks, water activities, running and biking (enjoy the designated bike lanes). You may want to shop or eat at the nearby Pier Park.
Enjoy your favorite sports on the many TVs in the sky walk bar while the traffic on Front Beach Road flows beneath you. Now - Starbucks is on property. Pier Park is approximately a mile down the coast with has many restaurants and shops to enjoy. Emerald Beach has opened the second pool especially for kids. State of the art exercise facility is NOW OPEN.
NOTE: You MUST be 25 or older (on site) to rent. Security cameras and guards are always watching. If you're looking to rent for teenagers- look somewhere else- they will be escorted from the property and lose all monies!!!

We are Alabamians and have vacationed in Panama City Beach for over 30 years. We love it there. We are now taking our grandchildren. This is our gorgeous granddaughter on that "sugar-sand beach" of Panama City Beach right in front of our condo.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Beach
The sand here looks like sugar. Being so white, it remains cooler in the sun. After traveling the world to various beaches, we realized Panama City Beach has the most beautiful beaches in the world!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This property is on the 19th floor. The sea gulls fly below the condo balcony. It has great pools and coffee at "Starbucks" is always a great thing in the AM. The homemade ice cream shop across the street is the best ever. Also, Pier Park is walking distance with all the shops you could ask for and more. The parking is in a shaded parking deck that has a sky walk to the beach-side condo.

We have been to PCB on many occasions. I have to say this has been the best place to stay of all. The room/ resort was perfect. Everything was beautiful from the room decor to the resort itself. Enjoyed the three pools. The resort was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony on the 19th floor was beautiful. The best part was we were able to take our little dog with us. The owner was very easy to work with and we appreciate the opportunity to stay at his beautiful place. Thanks for sharing.

We stayed in the condo to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday! It was in October and the weather was perfect! The accommodations were awesome, decorated beautifully, and very peaceful. It is very easy even for someone who has difficulty in transporting. Thanks for a lovely week.

My family has recently returned from a wonderful relaxing vacation at this condo and I must say it was very nice and equiped with everything you need. All we had to do was get groceries and sit back and relax. It was up to us if we wanted to leave or just hang out. Although only the pools and hot tub were the only things open at the time, we had a wonderful stay. When all the amenities get in full swing, there will honestly be no real reason to leave. Rick the owner was wonderful to deal with. If I had a question, he was always only one click away via email. It was nice to have his personal home number and cell number at the beach if there should have been any trouble. We are postively interested in going back to this condo next year. I would highly recommend it.
