This lovely 3200 square foot Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club home is only five minutes from Harbor Springs with its unique shops, marinas and beaches. The house overlooks the meadows of Breck-N-Ridge equestrian center with a glimpse of Lake Michigan. Expansive windows throughout the house provide views of the glorious countryside.

The wide open living space combines a huge well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace and dining area. The cozy living room with its own fireplace is a great place to enjoy a good book or conversation with friends. Off the living room is a wonderful sunroom overlooking the expansive well-manicured lawn. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

As guest of the home, you will have access to all of the amenities of Birchwood including golf, tennis, pro shops, pool and club house dining/grill room.
