Come and enjoy beautiful Okaloosa Island -just 4 miles east of Destin. You will love the powder-white sand beaches,and the emerald waters.
This bayside condominium overlooks the 700 foot Lazy River Lagoon pool. You can float around the river or take a refreshing dip in the 4900 square foot pool. Other resort amenities include two gulfside pools, a zero entry pool(great for the little ones),a smaller private pool for only Osprey guests, 3 huge hot tubs for guests to enjoy, and a state of the art fitness center. There is an elevated walkover to the beautiful white sandy beaches. From the condominium, you can walk to mini-golf, shopping,a fishing pier, restaurants, the Gulfarium,a conference center, and miles and miles of beaches.
This unit is beautifully updated. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked and ready for entertaining. The living area opens up to one of the covered balconies overlooking the lazy river, the bay, and the gulf. It provides a wonderful spot for casual dining while watching the sunset over the Bay. A second balcony is located off the front bedroom overlooking the city and the Gulf. It provides a wonderful spot for an early morning coffee and book while watching the sunrise over the Gulf. The master suite has a king size bed, access to the balcony and a luxurious master bath with whilpool tub, separate shower, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the front bedroom has a double bed and balcony access. The sofa also makes out into a queen bed if more room is needed. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's. Warm and refreshing colors throughout the unit and upscale furnishings will provide you with this comfortable home away from home.

We stayed here during 4th of July weekend. The condo is as advertised...spacious, up to date and clean. We fully enjoyed our stay and the condo had all of the necessary amenities...iron, washer/dryer, hair dryers, ample linens, dishes, etc. There were a total of 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of room to spread out. If you are considering a stay on the bay side, don't hesitate to book this unit!***Please note that this unit is bay side...across the street from the beach. We didn't mind the walk and the sky bridge is definitely a plus, but I did hear several other people at the complex comment that they thought they were going to be beachfront. If you have children they will likely want to spend time at the lazy river on the bayside anyway!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo and just returned today. We loved the overlook of the lazy river. It is beautiful at night. The view of the bay is something to take in as the breeze from the bay and ocean cools off the place in the evening. We are looking forward to coming back there again soon.

I am only writing this review because I like to see other reviews when I am looking for a property to rent. This property was very roomy, comfortable and clean. The balcony fit all seven of us at a dining table and also had room for chairs by the rail to sit and relax in the breeze. This condo is on the sixth floor which makes it a great place to catch the breeze. We totally enjoyed our trip and always enjoy the amenities of the pools, hottubs and lazy river. Even if you can't or don't want to go to the beach they still have plenty of other things to occupy your time. If you book this condo, you won't be disappointed.
