There is an elevated walkover to the beautiful white sandy beaches. From the condominium, you can walk to mini-golf, shopping,a fishing pier, restaurants, the Gulfarium,a conference center, and miles and miles of beaches.
This is the first year this brand new unit has been rented. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked and ready for entertaining. The living area opens up to one of the covered balconies overlooking the lazy river, the bay, and the gulf. It provides a wonderful spot for casual dining while watching the sunset over the Bay.
