We just stayed in this apartment with our 2 year old and my in-laws and we all loved it. It is absolutely beautiful inside and in a great location...easy walking distance to the Duomo, Uffizi, train station etc. Air-conditioned which was a must in July! The master bedroom has a master bath. The other bedroom has two twin beds, and there is another full bath in the hallway. The living room has a table and sofa that converts into a bed. The kitchen is lovely and has a large kitchen table, as well as a writing desk. There is even a small clothes washer in the closet in the kitchen. The only downside is that it is up a very steep flight of stairs, but that really wasn't an issue for us at all. We only stayed here for two nights, and after staying in other apartments in Rome and Venice, we were all disappointed that we only got to stay in this beautiful place for two nights. We absolutely loved this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My sister, niece and I stayed at the Apartment for 2 weeks in June-July, 2008. We loved it. It is near the train station in a residential area - not a tourist area. The apartment is extremely well equipped with a washer, iron, hair dryer, etc., etc. With all of the great restaurants, we only enjoyed breakfast in, but could have prepared all of our meals with all of the amenities in the kitchen. The apartment is very quiet and very modern. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Anne!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment when we visited Italy with our 14 year old grandson in April. It was on a quiet street, but convenient to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo, and Accademia. It is up a couple of flights of stairs, but we are in our 60's and did not find that a problem and the apartment itself is like a little oasis. Roomy, clean and comfortable and completely remodeled and updated, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. And many thanks to Riccardo for rescuing us on the street, when I had written down the wrong address and could not find the building. Elizabeth Sheahan
