Why the Owner Chose Our Place
We love the ocean. Ocean City is only a 2 hour drive from our home in Annapolis. Ocean City is really a year round place to go. We bought in this complex, "Our Place at the Beach," because we liked the location and the size of the unit. It also has a fireplace which is wonderful in the winter. There are many activities...walking the boardwalk, rides, fireworks at the park, boat races, many fine restaurants, shopping at the outlets..either Ocean City or Rehobeth.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Parking is so easy...there's always plenty of parking. Getting to the beach is a breeze as we are located just 2 blocks away. Crossing Ocean Hwy is a snap at the crosswalk, located just a block from our condo. This community has one of the largest pools in OC. Beautiful sunsets. Love it!
