Inside, the gourmet appointed kitchen is fully equipped and waiting for your creative touch. The plasma TV and surround sound will keep the most avid audiophile or sports fan entertained. Upstairs, the master suite has a queen bed, TV and private bath with jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with pullout. We are centrally located so it's easy to get to Disney World/Orlando (2 hrs), Tampa or Ft. Myers. Or just stay put. With over 25 lakes and 50 golf courses, it's all right here in Lake Placid.

I would highly recommend this place. It was beyond nice. Very roomy, very clean, and furnished with nice up to date furniture. The master bath was really large and had both a walk-in tiled shower as well as a jetted tub. Having two and a half baths is also nice. We loved the screened in porch as we have one at home also so we always want one when we rent. Correspondence with the owner was easy and he was very accessible as was the person that takes care of the place for him. The grounds were groomed beautifully. I have tried to be very thorough as I always look at comments myself because when we rent a place, we like for it to be nice like the home we live in all the time. This place was wonderful. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We have stayed here in March for the last 3 years. It is very well kept and clean, close to the town of Lake Placid and Sebring. The lanai overlooks Lake McCoy and what a view for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There are a lot of golf courses in the area, much to see and do. If you would like to go to the coasts you are about an hour away. We enjoy this condo very much.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

I HAVE RENTED THIIS UNIT TWO TIMES AND HAVE RESERVED DATES FOR 2012. EVERYTHING IN UNIT IS PERFECT AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. AREA IS GSREAT FOR GOLF.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.
