Welcome to our luxurious and fully equipped condo in the exclusive Beach Colony Resort, a private gated community. With an ideal third floor location, you will enjoy an incredible view of the gulf and pool without the uneasiness of being on a high floor. Each floor in the building has only four units with private elevator access codes.
The entire approximate 1800 heated/cooled square foot condo has been professionally decorated in a tasteful and comfortable Florida motif. Designer furniture including soft overstuffed sofas and chairs, plus 'top of the line' pillow top bed mattresses are featured. The condo is also equipped with large televisions and DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms. Just added is a high speed internet connection.
The large living room conveniently flows into the kitchen, dining, and breakfast. Breathtaking views of the beautiful gulf can be seen through the floor to ceiling glass door and windows with direct access to the oversized 370 square foot balcony, which is equipped with teak wood table and chairs and 'steamer' lounges.
The condo is complete with a large well equipped and full service designer kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and appliances. A breakfast bar and pantry also compliment this space. You will enjoy the view through the bay windows in the dining alcove of the kitchen. Whether you are a gourmet cook or not, we pride ourselves in plentiful, above average cookware, small appliances, utensils, dishes, etc.
This condo boasts three large bedrooms, each with a private bath and balcony. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed (top of the line pillow top mattress), two night stands, large chest and armoire. Storage will not be a problem with many oversized deep drawers plus a huge walk-in closet. The master bath has a long double sink vanity, separate shower and a large whirlpool jetted tub. The master suite also has 'floor to ceiling' window/door with direct access to the main balcony overlooking the ocean.
The second and third bedrooms are also very spacious with large closets and designer furniture and bedding (pillow top mattresses). Both rooms include a sliding glass door accessing private small balconies. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large private bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and a bath which is directly accessible from the bedroom and from the hallway. All linens are provided.
The laundry room is conveniently located off the foyer and is equipped with full-size washer and dryer plus an iron and ironing board.
A vacation at Beach Colony will offer you a resort experience complete with three swimming pools, including our new indoor, heated pool with hot tub, two clay tennis courts, brand new 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center, three grilling areas and two walk-overs to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. Our beach is only a short walk from the famous and beautiful Johnson Beach with nature walking trails, picnic areas, and public facilities. You will also have endless choices of fabulous restaurants nearby.
Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama are all very close and offer museums, theatre, festivals, fishing charters, and theme/water parks. The naval air museum is top rated in the country and includes an IMAX theatre with two shows daily. Also, watch for the Blue Angels practicing over the beach on most Tuesdays and Wednesdays through the summer.

Tom is very easy to work with and his unit is perfect. We have visited Perdido Key often over the past 20 years and have stayed at Beach Colony several times. This unit is one of the best best we have stayed. We highly recommend this unit and owner and will stay here again. (if we can find a date when it isn't already rented!) :-)Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This Beach Colony Condo on Perdido Key could not have been more perfect for my family of 4. The condo is very large and well equipped. We loved the large balcony and the view. The resort is quiet and secure. My wife and family have stayed in this area for over 5-years. This is the first time at this unit and it is simply the best. Luxury condo and beautifully decorated. Wonderful view of the ocean. Very relaxing like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed a week in this lovely condo. All our expectations were met and then some. This unit is beautifully decorated, nice and roomy, very clean and had a fantastic view of the beach and pool. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony and we were also able to watch dolphins play in the surf from there. The entire Beach Colony Complex is well maintained and offers nice amenities such as an in-door pool and fitness room. There are many restaurants near by with great food too. Some of our favorites are: The Crab Trap (love the crab dip and pita chips), Shrimp Basket (all you can eat fried shrimp on Sunday and Wednesday nights), Live Bait (great food and live music), and Bubbas (friendly staff and delicious food). Also, if you get tired of seafood try Ribs and Reds for wonderful Bar-B-Q. We would highly recommend this lovely and spacious condo to any family wanting a relaxing vacation in an up-scale setting on a beautiful beach. You will find the owner friendly, helpfull and easy to work with which means a lot when planning a vacation. Awesome is good way to describe this Condo. Tom is so easy to work with. Condo is stocked with all your needs for a home away from home!! My family loved this condo!! It is by far the largest condo we have ever rented and the nicest! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook in. Sits right on the beach with a beautiful view from the large balcony.We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults and we loved the fact that we were not tripping all over each other like we have done in other condos.The owners is very easy to work with! Perdido Key is a very quiet area but only a short distance from the crowded/busy Orange Beach and Gulf Shores The sports bar across the street had great wings!. We also loved eating at Lamberts! Plan on a two hour wait so you will definitely want to spend some time at the outlet mall while you are waiting. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Colony. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo - very spacious, well maintained, pretty decor and all the amenities you need at your "home away from home." The resort is convenient, very close to Gulf Shores and Pensacola, too. The listing description is accurate and the photos do reflect the appearance. The owner is unbelievably helpful and accessible. I am looking forward to a return visit to this lovely place! Highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family has been to this condo for two years now. We absolutely love it. It has everything and makes us feel like we are at home and not at a rental. We have spend my daughter's birthday and my husband's Fathers Day here. We love being so close to the pool. You can just watch the kids from the balcony and talk to them, but it is also quiet. We love the area also. Everyone we know goes to Panama City and we think the extra time and miles are worth the trip to Perdido Key and this lovely condo!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is special in every way. The location is wonderful - easy beach-front with a nice, secure boardwalk straight to the beach. Beach Colony Resort is a fabulous, modern-design property with great pools, both outdoor and indoor. This particular condo is fabulously decorated and outstanding in every way. The view is magnificent also! Anyone will be pleased with the upscale furnishings and exceptional bedding. Each room is individually designed and lovely in its own way. The pictures do not this condo justice.
