  We are 6 guys from Sweden who rented the house and the pool-house for a week in Oct - Nov 2007 and we are fully satisfied. Proper Miele-machinery and the place of the house where it was comfortable to walk to restaurants etc was very much appreciated

  My family and I have had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house twice. The location is great, the owner is a delight, and the house really is an oasis - bright, beautifully furnished, immaculate, and feeling a world away from the busy city right outside the door. The only negative thing about staying here is having to leave! Thanks, Irene. We look forward to seeing you again.

  After a hot , hectic ride from the airport, walking into this lovely quiet house was like " music to the soul " . An island of peace in the middle of an exciting , electrifying city makes for a perfectly balanced vacation . The kitchen is well equipped and the eating areas are fabulous , overlooking either the patio or the gorgeous pool which we enjoyed every day ALL day ( even a few nights actually ). The house is clean and tidy and paying for housekeeping really "pays off ".We also found it very practical to be able to do laundry at our convenience. One of the things we found most enjoyable was being able to light the chimney on the one night when it actually felt like winter...and a glass of wine really cinched it !!! The setting is elegantly simple ,the owners are polite and unfailingly helpful ,the neighborhood streets will make you want to put on some sneakers and walk...AND the shopping and restaurants within walking distance are CRAAAAAAAZZZYYYYYYY !!!! We slept like babies , "chilled out"like celebrities ,ate like royalty and shopped till we dropped...WHAT could be more perfect ?!?We are definitely looking forward to going back to L>A and specially to this private little oasis .

  We had the good fortune to stay at this lovely, spacious property over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our visit tremendously...we only wish we'd had more time to just sit and relax by the gorgeous private pool with deck side plush double lounger and enjoy the fantastic gardens. The location provided easy access to all of Beverly Hills and surrounding communities off Wilshire Blvd. Just minutes to restaurants and world class shopping. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances met all our expectations. Nice touches like chilled beer glasses in the freezer were especially thoughtful. The owner was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, providing for our every need and request. Thanks for a perfect stay and we look forward to a return trip soon with more time to enjoy everything.

  My family and I rented this house for a few weeks while I was preparing for and recovering from surgery at Cedar Sinai. It was so healing, peaceful, clean, relaxing, and absolutely perfect for us. It's just a short 3 block walk to Cedar Sinai. Close to the mall. Close to the store. We felt safe and secure. The house was furnished with comfortable amenities. The owner was hospitable and helpful. I can't say enough about how we enjoyed it. I'd like to go back sometime for a vacation. Quiet and peaceful with Beverly Hills just around the corner. Loved it!!!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  We stayed here for our trip to the BCS Championship game at the Rose Bowl, 2010. The house was great- plenty of room, very nice. Great pool out back with guest house/apartment. The house was very clean and had everything we need. The location was perfect. Owners were extremely nice, helpful, and returned our full security deposit. I would stay here again for sure.

  We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The owner Irene was a warm and engaging presence and our contact with her enhanced the pleasure of our occupancy. The house is spacious, well furnished, with a lovely pool in a private courtyard and a flowing stream in the front yard. It was wonderfully convenient for our meetings with film professionals and for visiting Los Angeles generally. We would highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit.

  It's a very nice place, quiet and comfortable. The house has an interesting design and a very good equipment. Location ! In the middle of Beverly Hills. Would be great to come back here !

  It’s impossibly hard to leave this place! Infact, I felt this way as soon as I arrived! It’s such a nourishing place for the soul; a feast for the eyes and an oasis of calm and beauty. The love and attention that has gone into every room design, every flower arrangement, every placement of books on the coffee table is palpable. From the moment I opened the first garden gate, heard the waterfall and saw the lush gardens, the exceptional energy of this place touched me.
