This bright, spacious, luxurious home is quiet and peaceful... you would never believe that it's walking distance to amazing shopping in Beverly Hills, Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, and the Beverly Center. Tons of great restaurants (the Ivy, Matsuhisa, CPK, Locanda Veneta) also walking distance. Seriously, it's all just steps away!
Nestled between Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Los Angeles, exciting yet serene and family-oriented. We are environmentally conscious and therefore have energy-efficient appliances and a solar-heated pool.
The house offers two bedrooms, 1.5 bath--recently redone with hand-made french tile, huge shower with glass doors, and a 4 foot tub. There is a pool cabana, with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The house has a big, bright and comfortable formal living room with Baby Grand Piano and fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast room, and the kitchen is recently remodeled with top of the line Miele Appliances. The washer and dryer are also Miele.
Enjoy the solar-heated pool and jacuzzi in the backyard or the gurgling ponds with waterfall in the front yard.

- Private Hot Tub: Hot tub is similar to a small pool and jacuzzi, however the water is solar heated and it is the same temperature as the pool. Water constantly flows into the pool making a relaxing cascading sound. Therefore temperature is same as pool's.
- Private Pool: The pool is headed by solar energy, therefore only if sun is out does the pool warm up. We now have a professional child proof/safety removable fence for the safety of young children.

We have owned this house for over 2 decades. Over the years we have remodeled the house with great attention to detail and quality. Rather than selling the house, we decided to keep it as a vacation rental because of the great location. We love the neighborhood, and we know you will too!
