Renting the unit is very simple. It is rented on a monthly, weekly, or nightly basis. Rates are as follows plus a departure cleaning fee of $55:
You may lease the unit for multiple months if you wish. A discount is available for a lease of 6 months or more.

It is a very nice, new construction studio condo. The unit is completely furnished with brand new modern furniture. The two things that make this condo different from a hotel room are: (1) The unit has a FULL kitchen, which allows you to prepare your own meals if you wish, (2) The unit has a washer and dryer right in the unit, which gives you full laundry facilities. All appliances are available for your use. Even the smallest details are included: pots, pans, silverware, etc.
What is included in the rent?
Absolutely everything is included. All utilities are included:
