  My husband and I and five adult children stayed here recently. It's a great location. The pictures don't do it full justice. It was clean and well maintained. Kathy was very helpful with everything. The home was stocked with everything you might need. I would love to return and would highly recommend this home!

  A Family Reunion The month of January - 2013, turned into a wonderful, fun, and most memorable month for us as a family. A family reunion took us to 1486 East Laredo Street, Chandler…one couple flew in from Surrey, BC and 2 couples near Toronto, ON Canada. A beautiful home, very spacious, cozy and homelike; as a couple we each had our own private quarters with the most comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry room so convenient. The property is well kept, beautiful sitting areas, a great pool (although, a little too cool for swimming in January), not to forget the citrus trees. Location is excellent, stores & restaurants close by, great area for walking, a park close by plus you can walk for miles along the canal. Not to forget the 2 bicycles, we went for bike rides whenever we had the opportunity, especially along the canal, great riding! Coming from Canada we ride a lot of hills what a treat ‘no hills’. A very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very helpful and friendly. The owner is outstanding to work with…..should we have an opportunity to this again this home will be our first pick for sure.

  Our family gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving, our grandaughter's 18th birthday and a family sky dive adventure. This home allowed us to stay close to my sisters family and our family of 9 stayed in this beautiful, comfortable, amazing home with everything we could want. Beds so comfortable, backyard landscaped with lights, pool and areas to relax and enjoy. The home was completely furnished, all ammenities that we needed. The home is in a great area and it was quiet and convenient to all shopping and attractions. The owners made it so easy to make the reservations and made our stay perfect. This will be our home away from home when visiting our family in Arizona.

  We were quite pleased to be in a convenient and quiet location. The home is well planned and very clean and properly furnished. The master has an excellent bed and the kitchen has everything you would need. Hot temps during our stay made the nice pool very inviting. The owners are super and take care of their property. I would eagerly stay here again. Lots of sightseeing and golf nearby.

  My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for the month of January, 2012. We try and spend a month each year in Chandler to be near our grandkids, but this as our first time at this property - but it will definitely not be our last. The home is beautifully decorated , very well maintained and child friendly. The beds are sooo comfortable and the bedding is "yummy". It was too cold to use the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and the grapefruits and lemons we picked from the beautifully landscaped yard. This home is a gem - I hesitated to write a review since I would like to keep this place secret - do not hesitate to rent this home - you will be more than pleased. (and the owner is great to deal with)

  We had a wonderful time with our family this year in the Arizona sunshine. The house was perfect. It was very roomy and clean and had everything that you would need to make yourself at home. Santa got our message from our Michigan home and even found us at this house on Christmas eve. It was a bonus to make fresh squeezed lemonade with lemons off the tree in the yard as well as the most delicious ruby red grapefruit for breakfast each day of another tree in the yard. Thank you for a wonderful stay....We hope to return and do it again some day.

  Really enjoyed my stay at this home. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. It is also great for people with disabilities. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to come to the Phoenix area. Also, the owner was wonderful to work with.

  Great home for vacationing in the Phoenix area! The accommodations are wonderful...spacious, comfortable, and inviting. Three full baths are great for multiple couples' vacation. Close to major roads and easy drive to Sky Harbor. The pool area is wonderful...plenty of shade and sun for those who dare. The pool is deep enough for adults to enjoy. Great amenities...washer/dryer, plenty of dining seating, and conversation areas. The owner is great to work with...highly recommend this property.

  My family stayed at this property whilst attending a wedding in the area. It was like staying in a model home! It was beautifully decorated and maintained and we really enjoyed sitting in the garden by the pool. The neighbourhood was very nice and very accessible to local shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home!
