The Shires Country Inn specializes in catering to both large and small groups. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom luxury townhouses. The townhouses come fully equiped with all the comforts of home including cooking utensils as well as all towels and linens. Each bedroom at The Shires is equipped with its own private full bath. In addition to our townhouses we also offer single rooms and two-room suites. The Shires now has a beautiful "Couples or Honeymoon Suite" that features a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower.
The Shires Country Inn is centrally located in Southwest Virginia between Radford, Christiansburg and Blacksburg. It is an ideal location for Hokie football fans, golfers and families visiting students at Radford University or Virginia Tech.
Our on-site restaurant, The Shires Cafe and Grill, opened August 1, 2009. With each nightly rental, you will receive a complimentary continental-style breakfast.
