Our beautiful master bedroom has a king sized bed and our master bath has a jetted tub. There are floor to ceiling windows and doors that open onto a very spacious private balcony. You will love enjoying the sunrise and/or sunsets from the privacy of the 30 x 8 balcony. The balcony is comfortably furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. Our second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds in it - ample closet space! Spacious, beautiful, comfortable -everything you need and want is at your fingertips. We have 1520 square feet that is beachy, tropical, casual and fun in its furnishings. The view from the living area and master bedroom is indescribable! Whether watching the dolphins, surfers or just the spectacular Gulf there is never a dull moment - quiet and peaceful maybe, but never dull! The dining and bar area comfortably seat 8. Our kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need or want is at your fingertips. The island has a couple of great restaurants so if you don't want to "enjoy" all that the kitchen has to offer they are both within walking distance. We have many restaurants within a couple of miles of the island. Our large laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We have ample storage and linens are provided. This place was great, we stayed for a month in sept.-oct. 2011 very nice. We have gone to Navarre beach every year for the last 15 years. Very beautifull and always relaxing. This unit offers comfort just like at home, the family loved it as did the guests we had over the month. We will return next year for more sun and fun.

We loved our stay at Navare regency. The condo was very nice and clean. The location was perfect if you want off the beaten path. There were alot of vacationers here but not the road blocking traffic like Destin. The view was wonderful from the balcony. We enjoyed the fishing pier and the small restaruants close by. Our morning routine consisted of walking the beach looking for sea shells. We definately plan on coming back.

The place was beautiful and our stay was awesome! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It seemed like an interior designer decorated the place. It was like a dream to wake up and walk out on the balcony to see the view of the rolling waves (as well as the sunrise and sunset). We found many pretty seashells and had fun swimming in the clear, blue water. The condo was close to the grocery store, restaurants, the zoo and the aquarium. It was really hard to leave. Our vacation was wonderful staying in this condo!!!

We stayed in this condo in April 2011 and LOVED it. The view is awesome!! Easy check in and out. Condo had extra supplies that we needed and did not have to run out and get them. Atmosphere is great!! We will stay here again. We stumbled across a great little place to eat too right in town. A catfish/seafood place called Alfys.

Our family of five stayed at this unit in September and it was a wonderful stay. The unit is very spacious including very roomy bedrooms. The two beds in the second bedroom worked so well for three children. The unit is beautifully decorated with the ocean / beach theme. The kitchen is abundantly filled with dishes that carried out the ocean theme and made mealtime even more enjoyable. I think we could have eaten every meal in for a week and not run out of dishes! The ocean view is beautiful and so peaceful to enjoy from the unit and the balcony. The Regency swimming pool is top notch. We highly recommend this unit for vacationers.
