Welcome to our Princeville Cliffs Condo Rental Page.
We are Mark Furr and Tina Ferrato, a married couple who taught around the world for ten years before settling on Kauai. Currently, we live in Princeville, and work in our coffee shop, Java Kai, in Hanalei. Prior to moving to Kauai, we lived in Japan, and before that, we lived in the beautiful, tropical country of Palau, which is located 7 degrees north of the equator between Guam and Manila. During our stay in Palau, we fell in love with both the climate and lifestyle of the Pacific Islands. Thus, we decided to invest in Hawaii so that we could eventually live here. First, we had a vacation rental on Waikiki Beach, but after visiting Kauai for the first time, we knew that we wanted to live on the Garden Isle.
We lived in the Cliffs condo for two years before purchasing a single-family home in Princeville. One reason that we decided to keep the condo when we moved to a larger place is that we simply love both the view from the condo, and the 22 acres of beautiful tropical grounds at the Cliffs.
The Cliffs property sits on a bluff above the ocean with a view of Bali Hai. The North Shore of Kauai is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We have some of the best beaches in the world, along with a stunning mountain range which runs right to the water's edge. World-class surfing at Hanalei Bay. snorkeling and SCUBA diving at Tunnels Beach, the incredible hike along the Napali Coast, waterfalls all along the mountain range and the lush greenery make the North Shore of Kauai a place to slow down, relax and enjoy the best that nature has to offer.
