Our condo is owner managed, unlike many that use a rental management company, and have no idea what their unit looks like. We also vacation in our condo, making sure that everything is well taken care of, updated, comfortable, fully equipped and clean for our guests.

Our Panama City Beach vacation rental is located in the WEST TOWER--Same tower that the Water park is in, low floor, the first floor of condos, which is actually the SECOND FLOOR, amenities are on the first! You'll NEVER have to WAIT for an elevator here. And the views are spectacular!! We're a 'NON SMOKING', 'NO PET' unit located on the family oriented 'west end' of the beach, where there is less congestion. Yet, we're close to the new Pier Park for the convenience of shopping and dining, and a short drive to all of the amusements.

Starting with our new keyless entry system, where a special code is set for each guest, no more lost keys, totally hassle free.
We've also just updated again and now have brand new plush carpeting in the family room and master bedroom, which features a king size bed, high quality designer linens/pillows, top of the line mattress for luxury comfort, along with a flat screen tv/dvd and private bath. The bunk area also features luxury bedding, and a second bathroom to comfortably accommodate a family of 4 to 5.
The master bath features a full size garden soaking tub, and both bathrooms have granite counters, rainfall shower heads, luxury thick, plush towels, along with local fun beach artwork.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in appliances; everything you'll need to prepare a meal, or treat yourself to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer/dryer for those of you who feel the need to do laundry during your vacation.
The family room has new carpeting, new flat screen tv and dvd player along with our personal updated movie collection (PG) with a wide variety. We also have board games, books, magazines and cards if there's a rainy day or for those special family times.
We hope you can appreciate and respect all the work and care that has been put into our condo, and understand fully that if its not left in the same condition as when you arrived, your security deposit will be forfeited.

Thank you Lucy for a wonderful vacation! I can’t say enough nice things about Lucy and the condo. Lucy was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. She immediately replied to each of my questions, gave us ideas of things to do, place to eat and what to see while we were there. As this was our first time using VRBO, I was nervous about the rental. However, I was very pleased with the condo, Splash and PCB. The condo was exactly as it appears in the photos. The new carpet made the condo even nicer that we had thought it would be. It had everything we needed for our vacation. We did laundry, made dinner a few nights, ate on the balcony once, and even celebrated our daughter’s birthday while we were there. We topped off the celebration by making brownies. Normally, I plan multiple activities for us while we were on vacation. However, with the pools, beach, movies and Pier Park down the street, we didn’t’ need any additional plans and therefore didn’t have to spend any more money. I will definitely be contacting Lucy again, when we are planning our next vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband, our 3 year old son, and I stayed in this beautiful condo the week of our destination wedding. It was the perfect place for us. We especially loved that it was on the first floor, so we could easily take a flight of stairs down to the lobby as opposed to waiting on the elevator The condo itself is very comfortable and has all the ammenities of home. Luci & Don communicated with us very well and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to this very same condo for our family vacation next year. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Panana City Beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Splash. Our four year old loved it! The condo was wonderful and in a perfect location. We fished off of the city pier a couple of nights and we're surprised to see a large manta ray swimming close to the beach. We would stay here again for sure!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Luci, we thank you for providing such a beautiful place for our vacation and for being very accommodating during the entire rental process. You made it so easy for us. The nice condo pictured is exactly what we got and the balcony view was wonderful. Several mornings we enjoyed watching the dolphins as we drank our coffee. The location is so convenient within the complex plus it is nice to be at the quiet end of the beach. The new Pier Shopping Mall was a great place to go and I have to say that Five Guys Cheeseburgers was a hit with my husband after several days of seafood (my favorite). The rolling river pool was so much fun. We loved to get in it every afternoon and float around. It is nice to have the different pool areas to choose from and what is also nice is that the kiddie pool is a large one sort of off to the side with ample room for the wee ones. The people there are so nice and very helpful on referring you to places to eat. Again thank you and we plan to return with our two grandsons in tow for those convenient bunks you guys have in the hall. They will love it. The very relaxed Browns from Nashville , Tennessee . Hi Luci, I just wanted to say thanks so much for providing us with such a beautiful room. We were very happy when we arrived to the resort & inside the room. It was very Clean & very Comfortable! We loved it! I will recommend it to everyone! You have it decorated beautifully! I'm glad you recommended us to take flashlights because my son & my husband had a ball chasing those crazy crabs around every night. My husband fiqured out how to catch the big ones also! The second night we were there we saw at least 10 stingrays right up at the beach line swimming everywhere. It was about 10 at night. A young guy actually caught one in his net and put it in the sand so we could get pics & the kids could see it before returning it back into the ocean. This was kind of scarry & neat at the same time! haha.. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know we had a great time in PCB and Splash resort room # 104W is one of the best we have been to. Thank you for a wonderful time in your condo last week! We had a blast. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need including 36 recent movies for the whole family. Being on the first floor was a real plus since we heard that people on the higher floors sometimes had to wait a long time for the elevator since there are 21 floors.
