Our Panama City Beach vacation rental is located in the WEST TOWER--Same tower that the Water park is in, and is on the first floor of condos, which is actually the SECOND FLOOR, amenities are on the first! You'll NEVER have to WAIT for an elevator here. And the views are spectacular!! We're a "NON SMOKING" unit located on the family oriented "west end" of the beach, where there is less congestion. Yet, we're close to the new Pier Park for the convenience of shopping and dining, and a short drive to all of the amusements.

Our professionally decorated condo offers oceanfront views from the family room and the kitchen. The master bedroom features a king size bed, high quality designer linens/pillows, top of the line mattress for luxury comfort, along with a flat screen tv/dvd and private bath. The bunk area also features luxury bedding, and a second bathroom to comfortably accommodate a family of 4 to 5.
The master bath features a full size garden soaking tub, and both bathrooms have granite counters, rainfall shower heads, luxury thick, plush towels, along with local fun beach artwork.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in appliances; everything you'll need to prepare a meal, or treat yourself to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer/dryer for those of you who feel the need to do laundry during your vacation.
The family room has a new flat screen tv and dvd player along with our personal updated movie collection (PG) with a wide variety. We also have board games, books, magazines and cards if there's a rainy day.
We hope you can appreciate and respect all the work and care that has been put into our condo, and understand fully that if its not left in the same condition as when you arrived, your security deposit will be forfeited.

- Linens Provided : All of our linens are 3-400 thread count, pillows are Hollander (400 thread count), designer comforters, a mattress pad and pillow protector is on every bed, and all of our linens/towels/pillows/pads are replaced annually.

We also have available for your use an iron/ironing board, hair dryer in the master bathroom, full length mirror, clock radio/alarm, vacuum cleaner, mop/broom, hangars in the closet, extra blankets, private DVD (PG) collection (for variety of ages), board games/books/magazines/cards, coffee filters, spices, dishtowels, dishsoap/cleaning products, toilet paper (one day), all you need to bring are your own beach towels and lots of sunscreen.

- No Pets Allowed : The resort has a restriction on pets.
- Kid Friendly
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Splash resort has a very strict policy on families only, and will evict anyone who is not registered with the owner.There is an age limit of 25 and is enforced by security.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Smoking is not allowed in this condo. If there is any indication or presence of smoking, there will be a charge of $500 to professionally eliminate the odor.

Luci, we thank you for providing such a beautiful place for our vacation and for being very accommodating during the entire rental process. You made it so easy for us. The nice condo pictured is exactly what we got and the balcony view was wonderful. Several mornings we enjoyed watching the dolphins as we drank our coffee. The location is so convenient within the complex plus it is nice to be at the quiet end of the beach. The new Pier Shopping Mall was a great place to go and I have to say that Five Guys Cheeseburgers was a hit with my husband after several days of seafood (my favorite). The rolling river pool was so much fun. We loved to get in it every afternoon and float around. It is nice to have the different pool areas to choose from and what is also nice is that the kiddie pool is a large one sort of off to the side with ample room for the wee ones. The people there are so nice and very helpful on referring you to places to eat. Again thank you and we plan to return with our two grandsons in tow for those convenient bunks you guys have in the hall. They will love it. The very relaxed Browns from Nashville , Tennessee . Hi Luci, I just wanted to say thanks so much for providing us with such a beautiful room. We were very happy when we arrived to the resort & inside the room. It was very Clean & very Comfortable! We loved it! I will recommend it to everyone! You have it decorated beautifully! I'm glad you recommended us to take flashlights because my son & my husband had a ball chasing those crazy crabs around every night. My husband fiqured out how to catch the big ones also! The second night we were there we saw at least 10 stingrays right up at the beach line swimming everywhere. It was about 10 at night. A young guy actually caught one in his net and put it in the sand so we could get pics & the kids could see it before returning it back into the ocean. This was kind of scarry & neat at the same time! haha.. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know we had a great time in PCB and Splash resort room # 104W is one of the best we have been to. Thank you for a wonderful time in your condo last week! We had a blast. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need including 36 recent movies for the whole family. Being on the first floor was a real plus since we heard that people on the higher floors sometimes had to wait a long time for the elevator since there are 21 floors. Great location and the Splash employees were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks again! The Brand Family

hello ms luci we had a wonderful time. my lil man didnt want to leave. the room was extra nice and we felt just as if we were at home. i love the washer and dryer i didnt have to wash clothes when i got back home that was really nice. everything was really nice and cozy. thanks tammy
