This luxury home is brand new and upgraded to the max with stone flooring, custom tile, granite countertops, jetted tubs, and more. Completely furnished with custom furniture, designer bedding, flat screen TV's, DVD players, CD players, patio furniture, all kitchenware and linens. Beautiful patio with custom patio furniture, a daybed for lounging in the sun, and a sand area for the kids. You won't find a nicer place in St. George. Five star quality! *****
This is a 4 bedroom/3 bath home, with approximately 2500 square feet of main floor living. It has a master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD player, leather couch for reading or relaxing, huge bathroom with jetted tub, double shower, and double vanities with copper sinks and fixtures. There is also a full size crib in the huge walk-in closet, and a bassinet for infants. The casita suite has a king size bed, jetted tub/shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There is also a table with seating for 2 and a large flat screen TV on the wall. It can be opened up to the rest of the house, but it has it's own entrance if you choose to close it off. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids. It has bunkbeds - 1 full and 3 twins - and it's own TV/DVD player. The third bathroom also has a jetted tub/shower and a copper sink. The great room has a huge leather sectional with recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is a gas fireplace with a 50" flat screen TV and DVD system. This is the ultimate vacation getaway!
The home also has access to 3 swimming pools - 1 indoor pool that is open all year, and 2 outdoor pools that are open from April to October. One of the outdoor pools is just 2 houses away! There is also a workout facility, and beautiful hiking trails right out your front door!
St. George offers beautiful hiking trails and plenty of trails for riding bikes or running. Our property is very close to Snow Canyon, numerous golf courses, Tuacahn theater, great shopping, restaurants, and National Parks.

We feel that our home is in the ideal location in St. George. The development is situated right at the base of a turtle preserve, so there will never be anything behind it. You can literally walk up the street and you are in red rock country, with hiking trails and beautiful scenery all around you. It is very centrally located to all that St. George has to offer.
