  We just got home from our week in this amazing condo! The pictures do not describe how great this place is. What a view!!! My wife and I took our two young children and had an amazing week. I have been to the beach numerous times but there is something to be said about having it in your backyard. I don't there is a better place to have a few adult cocktails on a balcony! The pools were great, the beaches were great, and even the other familes that were in town were very nice. This condo is highly recommended. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  This condo exceeded our expectations!! The listing photos didn't do the condo justice. It is really beautiful. It has everything you need and more for a wonderful stay. It was so spacious even with our four grandchildren along for the ride. The large master bedroom and bathroom became a wonderful retreat when we needed some time away from the kids. The master suite was much larger than many hotel rooms that I've stayed in. We had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

  Upon entering the door, we were greeted with a breath-taking view, not only of the ocean, but of the condo itself. The location could not be any better. The safe guards that are built in to this facility were above my expectations. From the covered garage to the gated access to the ocean, our family felt very comfortable and secure. As others have said, the photos do not accurately portray the fine details and the cleanliness of this condo. The amenities suited our family of four to a tee, we were able to cook our dinners, wash laundry, surf the internet, and watch our favorite TV shows while at the same time listen to the calming sounds of the ocean. Michael was very kind and helpful in answering any questions that we had. We look forward to partnering with Michael, and we have already recommended this facility to our friends and family. Besides playing in the ocean, we enjoyed Parasailing, renting scooters for a scenic drive, touring the Light House, and the evening strolls along the shoreline. Thanks again Michael for opening this luxurious yet affordable condominium.

  WOW..what a condo...THis condo is everything that the pictures and the owner say that it is..It is located right on the BEACH and is close to everything. We used this unit as a girl's get away..(A sister's trip) and what a great time we had...The condo is absolutely beautiful and the beds are all so comfy. There were 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom and bath..as well as our own TV and laptop. The unit has wireless internet. WE throughly enjoyed the balcony as well as the inside of this condo...It had everything that you would need to complete your stay away from home...It is the most welcomed atmosphere and was extremely clean...it is so perfect and has a beach theme throughout...Somebody did a great job decorating this unit...I would highly recommend anyone that wants a beach vacation to rent this unit. The pools are beautiful and the beach is the best ever. You cannot go wrong by renting this UNIT...I almost cried when It was time for me to leave. I could easily have lived in this unit...I definitely enjoy the beach...Michael the (owner ) was easy to reach and talk too...He was great in his communication and I hope that I will again get to rent this unit at St. Maarten.. THanks Michael for allowing us the opportunity to rent this unit for a perfect sister's getaway...WE ALL LOVED IT VERY MUCH....This is one vacation that I will always cherish...Thanks again ...

  This condo was amazing! The ocean views were panoramic. Clean and spacious 3 bedroom. Would highly recommend. We had a great time! Two outdoor pools and hottub with great ocean views. Would definately rent again.

  This condo is absolutely the best. We stayed here for a week with 6 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. Everything you need you will find. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of towels and linens. This condo is just beautiful along with the view from the balcony. The owner, Michael was very accomodating even checking in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. We would stay hear again in a hearbeat! I intended to write a review when I got home but never got around to it. Now, in making plans for Summer 2011 (not Daytona unfortunately) I realize how important a review can be when considering a rental.

  We stayed in this wonderful condominium in October 2009. Like previously said, the pictures do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely beautiful and provides everything that you could need plus more. There was plenty of room so that when all 8 of us were inside we had room to relax. Michael was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He saved our trip and went above and beyond for us!! Thank you sooooo much Michael!! And to anyone interested about this condo, you won't be diappointed!

  We have stayed at the St. Maarten several times before, and this is our favorite condo. It is spacious and very well decorated; the pictures on the Internet don't do it justice! Michael gave us excellent personal service. He went above & beyond when the dryer wasn't working and he took our clothes to his home to be dried! Service like that is what sets him apart. He is very professional and friendly and easy to deal with. Also, we got our security deposit back within a few days. We will definitely be back!! The Carters July '09

  We stayed here last July and were extremely happy with the condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It is immaculately clean, and has every luxury you would ever need. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an upscale, relaxing place to stay during your vacation.

  We loved this condo, especially the HUGE master BR & BA! The trip started off the right way when we saw the space shuttle launch from our balcony. Common areas were very nice; we made full use of the nice pools. This was our first trip to Daytona, so we didn't know what to expect from a proximity standpoint. The Ocean Walk Shops were a very short drive away and grocery stores were very close by. We would definitely consider staying here again. Michael was very professional and personally met us at check-in. Thanks again, Michael.

  Absolutely breathtaking!!!The view was beautiful and the condo has become our favorite since we moved here to FL in 2002. We truly enjoyed ourselves here(July 14-July 21, 2007, so much that we are going to celebrate our 19th anniversary this weekend(Aug.3-Aug. 5, 2007)back at the same place---only this time without the kids!!!BTW, you all have to check out the most comfortable couch and yellow down comforter in the world!!! Thank you, Michael for your hospitality!!!
