This condominium complex was just fully renovated. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps six adults easily. It has an open kitchen concept that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a livingroom with a pull-out sofabed. We have a cable TV, VCR/DVD player with movies available for viewing. There is a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and all the linens are supplied. There are two balconies in the unit. THIS UNIT HAS ONLY ONE WEEK AVAILABLE FOR RENT, IT IS A TIMESHARE UNIT SO I AM NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL WITH THIS WEEK. THE ONLY WEEK AVAILABLE IS THE WEEK OF JULY 18-25, 2008. PLEASE ONLY INQUIRE IF IT IS IN REFERENCE TO THIS WEEK.
Amenities also include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area, an exercise room, and an awesome view of the harbor. The complex is located directly on Thames Street in the hub of all the action. Great restaurants, live music, arcades, lots of great shopping, and beaches right at your doorstep. This unit is suitable for a family or for a group of friends. There is also a maid service that comes and cleans in between stays.
