Nestled among majestic pines in pastoral Scott Valley, California, sits a beautiful, custom-built, cedar sided home that offers a perfect retreat from a busy world. This new construction, 1700 square foot home, provides spacious and luxurious accommodations, including:

* A large master suite with full bath
* Two fully furnished guest bedrooms
* A second full bath
* A well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors
* Forced air heating and air-conditioning.

Additionally, the home sits on a fenced, one-half acre lot for those traveling with horses.

Marble Mountain House is centrally located, five miles north of Etna, California, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Its location provides the perfect starting point for a multitude of activities. The Marble Mountain Wilderness Area, the Russian Wilderness Area and the Trinity Alps are all within a very short drive. These areas offer backpackers and horsemen alike many different trails and access roads to explore. The Pacific Crest Trail beckons those individuals seeking the tranquility and breathtaking scenery of the backcountry. Anglers of every level of experience will enjoy an abundance of beautiful trout-filled streams, rivers and lakes. Two nearby ski resorts provide runs for every level of skier and/or snowboarder.
